Ardbeg Still Young was distilled in 1998 and released in 2006, the second release on the ‘path to peaty maturity’.

Glenglassaugh 1973 Family Silver

Glenglassaugh 1973 Family Silver, was one of two Family Silver bottlings by Highland Distillers (the other was a Bunnahabhain).  

Only 5,000 bottles of this rare vintage were released at the turn of the millenium.

Now incredibly sought after as an excellent example from this distillery, the label carries this information:

'Every once in a while and entirely at the discretion of the Board of Directors of Highland Distillery authorise a special limited edition of a vintage malt whisky that, to the nose of the Master Distiller, has reached the peak of perfection. This bottle contains such an exclusive vintage.'

Yamazaki Limited Edition 2014

A limited edition Yamazaki bottled this year without an age statement.  The limited edition has been put together using:

• 20 year old European oak sherry cask
• 20 year old European oak port casks
• young (unaged) American white oak bourbon casks

Parker's Heritage Collection Wheat Whiskey 13 Year Old 75cl

The Heritage Collection from Parker's is always highly anticipated and this Wheat Whiskey released in 2013, the 8th bottling within the collection is no different.

Distilled at Heaven Hill distillery and bottled at cask strength this whiskey was put together using casks from the original Berheim Wheat Whiskey run back in 2000; hence the name 'Original Batch Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey'.

Macallan 1996 18 Year Old

Distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2014.

Talisker 1986 Distillers Edition First Edition

The earliest issue of this double matured series from the Isle of Skye, finished in Jerez Amoroso Cask-Wood. Distilled 1986 and bottled at 45.8% and 1Litre, high neck level, in original box which shows some sign of wear, other wise in excellent condition.

Matured exclusively in bourbon casks that were filled in October 1970.

Distilled in 1999 and then bottled in March 2009, this was matured in sherry cask number 11323.

Kilchoman Inaugural Release

The first ever bottling of Kilchoman as a single malt, this Inaugural Release was aged for between 2.5 and 3 years in bourbon casks, before being finished for 6 months in sherry casks.

Only 9,000 bottles were produced.

Inchgower 1972 Bladnoch Forum 28 Year Old

Distilled June 1982 and bottled July 2010 from cask 6965.

Dalmore Millennium Release 1263 Custodian 2012 / 1st Release

The first cask to be bottled for Dalmore's custodians, a concept introduced by the distillery for it's followers in 2012.

A trio of casks were filled at midnight on January 1st 2000 and gradually released on their 12th, 15th, and 18th birthday's.

This is the first 'Millennium Release', bottled in 2012 as a 12 year old. Initiallly matured in an American oak ex-bourbon cask, before being finished in a Matusalem oloroso sherry cask.

Ardbeg Serendipity 12 year old

The result of an accident when very year old Ardbeg gets mixed with 12 year old Glen Moray.

This blended malt was simply 20% Glen moray and 80% Ardbeg.

Released in 2005, there were 16,000 bottles made available.

Glentauchers 1976 Douglas Laing 30 Year Old

Distilled in October 1976 and bottled in November 2006. 

One of 310 bottles. 

Glen Garioch 21 Year Old

A discontinued bottling of Glen Garioch 21 year old.

Littlemill 1988 The Nectar of the Daily Drams 25 Year Old 

A rare bottling of Littlemill bottled by The Nectar of the Daily Drams.

Distilled in 1988 then  bottled in 2014.

Old Comber 30 Year Old 1980s 75cl

The Old Comber distillery was located in Comber, county Down in Northern Ireland.  Like the mjority of Ireland's distilleries, distilling ceased at Old Comber in 1952, which makes this an amazing piece of Irish Whiskey heritage.

This 30 year old bottle was bottled during the 1980s and represents the last bottlings ever released from this long lost distillery.
