Dalmore Mackenzie 1992

The Dalmore Mackenzie was released to commemorate the long lasting relationship between Dalmore and Clan Mackenzie.

The whisky was matured in a bourbon hogsheads for 11 years before a finishing period of 6 years in port pipes.

A limited and highly sought after bottling of which only 3,000 were made.

Dalmore Castle Leod 1995

Following the very popular Dalmore Clan Mackenzie release in 2010, similiarly this follow up was released to generate funds for the restoration of the Clan Mackenzie's ancestral home the Castle Leod.

Matured in American white oak and Spanish sherry wood, before being finished in Bordeaux casks. Castle Leod was distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2011.

Suntory 1991 \"Furudaru Shiage\" Pure Malt 

There is a great deal of debate as to whether or not this is a single malt, Suntory were renowned for using the term \"Pure Malt\" for both single malts and blended malts. 

\"Furudaru Shiage\" translates to \"Old barrel finish\" and the red characters in the middle of the label say it is filtered through bamboo charcoal.

This mystery malt/malts was bottled in 2005.

Sullivan's Cove has quickly become an very desirable distillery particularly after one of their releases being awarded the best single malt in the world 2014, at the World Whisky Awards - the first time that a Scottish whisky was not given this award.  That's not all it has received great acclaim elsewhere from whisky writers/reviews.

Brora/Glenlivet Loch Fyne Living Cask 

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Loch Fyne Whiskies they released this blend of Brora and Glenlivet. 

The Brora was distilled in November 1981 and the Glenlivet was distilled in March 1976, they were married together in December 2002 before being bottled September 2003.

Wakatsuru Shuzou Sun Shine 20 Year Old

A rather unique unusual single malt from Wakatsuru distillery, Japan.  Wakatsure is an established Sake brewery that decided to distil malted barley, which has since been bottled.

Distilled in 1990 and matured for 20 years in refill American White Oak, cask numbers #311 to #315, this release was of approximately 500 bottles.

Placing a Single Bid
Alternatively, place a single bid by selecting the button on the right side of the bidding panel. The button displays the amount needed for the next increment. For example, if the current highest bid is £50.00, the button will show "+ £55.00" (reflecting a £5.00 increment).

The bottles will be checked-in, authenticated, photographed, and then listed into the next available auction, or an auction of your choice, by our expert team. Whisky Auctioneer hosts monthly auctions, where registered users from across the globe can bid on bottles via our website.  

After the auction closing date, the highest bidder will be notified by email. Payment is required within 72hrs. The buyer can then choose to ship, store, or collect the bottle(s). Buyer fees are applied during the online checkout process.  

The seller will receive payment within 21 working days of the end of the auction, directly to their chosen bank account. Seller fees will be applied to the seller’s invoice after the auction.
