The Oxford Artisan Distillery was an English whisky producer that was founded in Oxford in 2015 by Still on the Hill Ltd. It specialising in distilling ancient heritage grains (rye, wheat and barley) and operated two custom-built pot stills and 40-plate column stills. In addition to whisky, it also distilled vodka and gin.
In 2024 it was announced that the distillery was to be closed and the operation relocated to Yorkshire. Its flagship Oxford Rye brand was discontinued in the process and a new label called Fielden was introduced which the distillery's remaining stock contributes to.
