Cotswolds is an English distillery founded in 2014 by Daniel Szor, an American who left his job in London's Finance sector to pursue his passion for whisky. The distillery was established with the assistance of ex-Bowmore master distiller, Harry Cockburn, and the late Dr. Jim Swan. Production began on 5 September 2014, with the first cask of single malt whisky filled on 22 September that same year.

The distillery's primary production is single malt whisky, which it distils on a pair of Forsyths stills from Scotland. It also makes gin on a 500-lite Arnold Holstein still.

The distillery markets both its whisky and its gin under the same Cotswolds branding, which it launched in 2014 with the introduction of its first bottlings of the latter. Its debut single malt was released in October 2017, following a succession of aged and unaged new make spirits bottlings called its Test Batch Series.

The current whisky core range is known as the Classics Collection and is headlined by its Signature and Reserve single malts. Both are marketed in batch releases, as are its Cask Expressions Collection which showcases its bourbon, sherry and ex-peated cask matured spirit.
