Connacht distillery is and Irish whiskey distillery located along the banks of the River Moy in Ballina, County Mayo. It was established in 2016 by David Stapleton and master distiller, Robert Cassell, all is housed within the renovated site of the town's former Duffy's bakery.

Operating three pot stills, the distillery produces double- and triple-distilled single malt Irish whiskey, as well as gin, vodka and poitín.

The Connacht brand was first introduced in 2016 as a sourced bottling of blended Irish whiskey, however this was quickly discontinued in favour of reserving the name for the distillery's single malt when ready. A revised version of the brand was then relaunched 2021.

The earliest Connacht releases were Batch One of its single malt alongside a collector's bottling from the first cask filled at the distillery in 2016. New make spirit is also part of the brand range.
