Cameronbridge is the powerhouse grain distillery within the Diageo portfolio and provides fillings for a number of its flagship blended Scotch brands. It was built in 1824 by John Haig & Co and became one of the six founding distilleries of the Distillers Company (DCL) in 1877.
Despite its importance to many DCL blends, it was also bottled as a single grain by John Haig & Co under the Cameron Brig brand name from the 1970s into the 1990s. Today it is also the source of the Haig Club single grain brand, launched by Diageo in 2014.
