Spirex

Spirex Ltd is a Scottish holding company founded in 2018 by Anton Buslov, Sergey Fokin, Sergey Uryadov and Dmitry Morgunov. Originally a subsidiary of Rubus Investment, it has since replaced that company and is the majority shareholder of The Lindores Distilling Co. Founded by Russian nationals, the directors agreed to step down in 2022 following their country's invasion of Ukraine however have retained their financial interest in the company.

Through The Lindores Distilling Co, the company owns the Lindores Abbey distillery in Fife, its eponymous brand of aqua vitae spirit drink and flagship Lindores single malt label.
