Established in 1974 by Sandy Bulloch, the Glen Catrine Bonded Warehouse was a private blending and bottling facility set up to supply his chain of A. Bulloch & Co stores. The company was sold to what is now the Loch Lomond Group in 2014.
The Glen Catrine Bonded Warehouse made several acquisitions in the 1980s and became the owner of the Loch Lomond, Littlemill and Glen Scotia distilleries. It marketed the single malts from all three alongside blends such as High Commissioner. It is also known particularly for it's Glen's vodka brand.
