Stalla Dhu

Stalla Dhu is a brand of independently bottled Scotch whiskies, created by Ron Morrison (formerly of Robert Graham) and Mitchell Orchant of C.Gars Ltd in 2017. The whiskies are sold through the various cigar and whisky retailers within the group, which as of 2021 has been part of the Belgian-headquartered Dominique London.

C.Gars bottles the brand under the Stalla Dhu Whiskies trading name and its portfolio includes the proprietary Islay and Speyside single malts alongside occassional single cask bottlings from named distilleries. These are often produced as exclusives for locations within the Dominique London group, including C.Gars, the historic Turmeaus shop in Liverpool and the online whisky retailer, Whisky Merchant.
