Benriach
A Speyside distillery that makes a range of different single malt styles. It primary make is a non-peated spirit, however it also does runs of peated and triple-distilled spirit and is one of only a handful of distilleries in Scotland to still operate its own in-house floor maltings.
Stalla Dhu
A brand of independently bottled Scotch whiskies, currently owned by the Belgian-based Dominique London group. It was originally created in 2017 by Ron Morrison and Mitchell Orchant of C.Gars Ltd and sold throughout the various cigar and spirits retailers within the group.
*Whisky Merchant
A trading name used by the cigar and whisky retailer, C.Gars Ltd, for its online specialist spirits retail operation. It shares an address with The Mash Tun in Speyside (another company property) and notably is also used to bottle and market the Stalla Dhu whisky brand.
