Octomore

Octomore is a brand of single malt whisky produced at Bruichladdich on Islay. One of three in the distillery's portfolio, it is the most heavily-peated and is distilled from barely peated to anywhere between 80 and 300ppm. It was first distilled in 2002 and the brand was officially launched in 2008, taking its name from a farm located on the hillside above the neighbouring Port Charlotte village, where a distillery also once operated until 1852.

Due to its limited production, there is no Octomore core range. Instead, it is released as regular small batch and single cask limited editions.
