Ancient Age

Ancient Age is a Kentucky straight bourbon brand that is part of the portfolio of Age International, the US-based whiskey division of Japanese multinational, Takara Shuzo. The whiskey is distilled under contract by Buffalo Trace using the higher-rye mash bill (known as #2), and the company also owns the distribution rights for the brand in the US.

Marketed a budget-level brand, its current range is limited to a single 80 proof expression although it has had more varied output in the past.
