An English multinational that has subsidiary interests in both the production and distribution of wine and spirits. It was founded in 1978 by John Halewood, originally selling Bulgarian wines. Today it owns brands such as the Crabbie, Aber Falls and American Eagle whiskies, and Whitley Neill gin.
