Brora 1977 Editors' Choice 26 Year Old - 5th Anniversary
This single cask Brora was selected by Whisky Magazine for its fifth anniversary in 2003 and bottled for them by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society.
Brora
A storied distillery in the Sutherland area of Scotland. Despite having closed in 1983, it developed cult status for the high quality single malt it had produced, particularly a peated style between 1969 and 1973. Such was its popularity, it was eventually rebuilt by Diageo and opened again in 2021.
Whisky Magazine
A monthly print publication and online magazine that forms part of the Paragraph Publishing group. It was first introduced on 20th November 1998 by Damian Riley-Smith and in addition to its journalism activities, also runs several awards and live events.
