Bowmore
The oldest operational distillery on the isle of Islay, built in 1779. Today it is part of the Suntory Group, having been acquired by the Japanese company in 1994. Under their ownership is has been nurtured into one of the most collectable names in Scotch whisky.
*The Hunter Hamilton Company
A trading name used by Douglas Laing & Co to market its The Clan Denny and The Sovereign brands of independently bottled Scotch whiskies. Following the partition of the company in 2013, the brands were divided between it and Hunter Laing & Co, and bottled under different names instead.
