Atonia's Legacy The Sarah Burgess Edition - The Demeter Collection

Atonia's Legacy is a series of unique whiskies created especially for The Demeter Collection. Atonia, meaning "strong as an oak," is made to signify the strength, resilience, endurance, wisdom and growth of the mentees participating in The OurWhisky Foundation's mentorship programme. Each expression in the series features whiskies selected by mentees, which are then expertly blended by a different female master blender. This inaugural expression was named for Sarah Burgess, whisky maker at The Lakes and long-running mentor on The OurWhisky Foundation programme. This blend, presented in a bespoke decanter and case designed by Glencairn, is one of a kind and never to be repeated.
