Hibiki 17 Year Old / Kacho Fugetsu Limited Edition

Kacho Fugetsu is the Japanese Kanji for Flowers, Birds, Breeze, and Lunar. This bottle is designed to embody the beauty of Japanese nature.

The Hibiki bottle always has  24 facets representing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar. The bottle and box are then decorated by chrysanthemum flowers and Crane birds

A very well presented highly limited blend. 

Hakushu 1997 Single Cask #BJ41521 / 10th Anniversary Whisky Live

Suntory's other excellent distillery which is often over looked for Yamazaki. This Hakushu was distilled in 1997 and matured in hogshead cask BJ 41521.

Bottled for the 10th Anniversary Whisky Live.

Ardbeg 1974 Signatory Vintage 8 Year Old

A wonderful old Ardbeg from the mid-1970s, bottled by Signatory Vintage - oh how times have changed.

Distilled on 22nd February 1974 and bottled on 23rd February 1998 from cask numbers #665 and #667

Bottled by Gordon and MacPhail as part of the Connoisseurs Choice collection, this colourful Ardbeg was distilled in 1978 and bottled in 1999. 

Highland Park Loki 15 Year Old 

The second in Highland Park's Valhalla series released in 2013 which also comprises of  Thor released in 2012 and Freya which was released earlier this year.

This 15 year old Highland Park is a limited edition of 21,000 bottles.

Highland Park Saint Magnus 12 Year Old 2nd Edition

Saint Magnus, follows the initial Earl Magnus release but sees the once ruler of Orkney become a Saint.  The second within the trilogy, with the same elaborate packaging and a 12 year old whisky, again bottled at cask strength.

Only 11,994 bottles of the Saint Magnus were created.

Highland Fusilier 21 Year Old 1970s

An 21 year old blended malt from Gordon and Macphail for the Scottish infantry regiment \"The Royal Highland Fusiliers\". This bottle was specially vatted for the regiment's Tercentenary in 1978.

Ardbeg Corryvreckan Committee Reserve

Named after the famous whirlpool to the north of Islay, this release of Corryvreckan was only available to Ardbeg Committee members prior to its repackaging and official release in 2008.Bottled on the 19th March 2008, only 5000 bottles were released.

The Ardberg Distillery lies on the most Southernly part of Islay and on the rugged shores of the Atlantic Ocean. Ardberg is revered around the world as the peatiest, smokiest, most complex whisky of them all. Yet it does not flaunt the peat: rather the peat gives way to the malt, the natural sweetness of which subtly intrudes, producing perfect balance.

Amrut 2010 Single Oloroso Cask #3823

Amrut have released some amazing whiskies, this is a single Oloroso sherry cask distilled in May 2010 and bottled in June 2015.

Cask #3823 was bottled exclusively for Taiwan and yielded 600 bottles.

Released to mark the 10th anniversary of the Ardbeg Committee, the Rollercoaster consists of ten vintages from 1997 to 2006.

Ardbeg Alligator Committee Reserve For Discussion

Released for discussion by the Ardbeg Committee.

Released in June 2011, Ardbeg Alligator takes its name from the aggressive charring of the American casks the whisky was matured in.  This charring level is known as the Alligator char because the cracking of the wood under the heat looks similar to the skin of an Alligator.
