Wolfburn Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Located in Thurso, this is the northernmost distillery on the UK mainland. Based around a long lost distillery that ended around 1850, this new Wolfburn reopened in 2013.

This is one of their first single malt releases.

Stillbrook Straight Bourbon 1970s

Stillbrook is a historic American bourbon brand that has existed since pre-prohibition times. This bottle was produced by the American Distilling Company at their distillery in Pekin, Illinois in the late 1970s.

The distillery still exists today, owned by MGP (more commonly known through their ownership of the old Seagram's distillery in in Indiana), however it now only produces industrial strength alcohol rather than whiskey.

Cazzato import for the Italian market.

Woodford Reserve Master's Collection / Seasoned Oak Finish

The Woodford Reserve brand is produced by the Brown-Forman company, typically using column still whiskey from their Shively distillery, and pot still whiskey from the historic Woodford Reserve distillery in Versailles (formerly Old Oscar Pepper, and Labrot & Graham), which they re-opened in 1993.

This is a special release that has been aged a second time in charred American oak barrels.

Something Special 12 Year Old 1980s

Something Special De Luxe Scotch Whisky was a blend from Hill Thomson & Co. This Whisky holds the Royal Warrant.

In 1958 a very good blend was discovered in a Whisky warehouse in Leith, Edinburgh. Six friends formed a syndicate to ensure this brilliant blend would survive the test of time, Syndicate 58/6.

This contemporary bottling produced by master blender Richard Patterson.

Southern Comfort is American whisky liqueur. This particular bottling is an older 1 litre bottling from the 1980s.

Wild Turkey 101 Proof Kentucky Straight Rye 1 Litre

The Wild Turkey distillery was built in 1869 in Tyrone, Kentucky. The name wasn’t Wild Turkey until 1941 when some shared on a hunting trip was referred to as \"some of that wild turkey whiskey\". 

Wild Turkey are one of the few Kentucky distilleries that distill their own rye whiskey, and it is highly regarded as well.

Bottled at their traditional 101 US proof from #4 char barrels.

The Wild Turkey distillery, then known as Boulevard, was built in 1869 in Tyrone, Kentucky. The name was not Wild Turkey until 1941 when some, shared on a hunting trip, was referred to as \"some of that wild turkey whiskey\". 

This is the classic 8 year old expression, bottled at 101 US proof.

In 80 years the square cut bottle has had very little change.
