Dallas Dhu 1979 Gordon and MacPhail 33 Year Old 75cl / US Import

A vintage bottling from closed distillery, Dallas Dhu. This is part of the Distillery Labels series from Gordon & MacPhail.

Distilled in 1979 and aged 33 years before bottling in 2012 for the US market.

Dallas Dhu, like many of the other classic silent distilleries has been inactive since 1983.

This is the first single pot still release from the distillery: triple distilled and matured exclusively in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

Distilled in 1980 and bottled in 2015 as part of Diageo's annual special releases.

Diamond 2003 'Port Mourant' Auld Alliance Guyana Rum / Samaroli Private Stock

A 2003 vintage rum from the Port Mourant still at Diamond distilleryin Guyana.

The rum is from the private stocks of the late, great Silvano Samaroli, and was bottled by his friend Emmanual Dron of the Auld Alliance Bar in Singapore, in collaboration with Corman Collins in Belgium.

Redbreast 1998 Oloroso Sherry Single Cask #70946 / LMDW

Redbreast is a single pot sill whiskey from Midleton in Ireland. It is produced using a combination of malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills. 

This is a single Oloroso sherry cask, specially bottled for La Maison du Whisky.

This release was matured in bourbon cask #149, one of the first five hundred casks offered to investors, who are now known as 'Founding Fathers'.

This is a single grain whisky from the now closed Dumbarton distillery, distilled in August 1986 and bottled in August 2018 by Douglas Laing after maturing in a single refill barrel for 32 years.

Bottle number 81 of only 112 hand filled bottles.

Remy Martin Centaure XO Fine Champagne Cognac 1980s

Rémy Martin Centaure XO is a Fine Champagne Cognac which predates the current Excellence.

The brand was revived in 2011 for the Asian and Duty Free Market but this bottle dates to the 1980s.

Dailuaine 1988 SMWS 28 Year Old 41.101

Otherwise labelled as 'Hard to put down.'

A 28 year old Dailuaine distilled in September 1988 and matured first in ex-bourbon wood and then in a first fill Pedro Ximenez hogshead.

One of 258 bottled at cask strength by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society.

Dailuaine 17 Year Old Manager's Dram 2000

The Manager’s Dram series of whiskies were bottled exclusively for employees of what is now known as Diageo. These whiskies were selected by the respective distillery managers within Diageo malt distilling and bottled at natural cask strength.

A 17 year old Dailuaine, matured in sherry oak casks and chosen by the distillery manager bottled on 20th November 2000.
