Glenfarclas 40 Year Old William Cadenhead

A 40 year old single Speyside whisky released by Cadenhead's.  It doesn't say Glenfarclas on the bottle, but we can assure you that it is!

This release was a 42 year old Glenfarclas which had reduced in alcohol beneath the legal whisky limit of 40%, so the cask was married with a younger, 40 year old Glenfarclas to increase the alcohol to 40.2%

A limited edition release selected from three warehouses which collapsed on the 7th January 2010, due to adverse weather conditions (a rather heavy snow storm).

Bottled without an age statement, Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix has been highly acclaimed and includes Oloroso and American oak casks from warehouses ranging from 13 to 30 years old.

Blair Athol 15 Year Old Manager's Dram 1996

The Manager’s Dram series of whiskies were bottled exclusively for employees of what is now known as Diageo. 

These whiskies were selected by the respective distillery managers within Diageo malt distilling and bottled at natural cask strength.

This particular release from Blair Athol is 15 year old, bottled in 1996 by distillery manager Gordon Donoghue.

George T Stagg 2016 Release

The 2016 edition of George T Stagg released at their usual impressive strength 72.05%.

The Antique Collection celebrates historic US whiskey brands, figures and places. George T. Stagg was a 19th century distiller, and the Buffalo Trace distillery was named after him for most of the 20th century, becoming Ancient Age in 1983 and adopting its current title in 1999.

This version of the annual release is a 15 year old whiskey.

This is a limited edition bottling of Bruichladdich, the third in a series released to commemorate the finding of a small yellow submarine on Islay which apparently belonged to the Ministry of Defence.

As with the second release, this is a 1991 vintage, this time aged an impressive 25 years.

A rare Signatory Vintage Glen Mhor, part of their Silent Stills series which focuses on Scotland's closed distilleries.

Distilled on the 9th of December 1965 and bottled on the 31st of August 2001.

Cask Number #3932, this is bottle number 207 of 643.

Bowmore 1997 Hand Filled 16 Year Old Cask #1215 / Oloroso 

Available to bottle yourself at Bowmore distillery, this 'hand filled' 2nd edition followed the success of the 1st edition at Feis Ile 2013. 

Distilled in 1997 and matured for 16 years until bottling on 14th September 2013.

Glenury Royal 1975 Signatory Vintage 24 Year Old

A rare 1975 vintage Glenury Royal bottled by Signatory Vintage.

Distilled on 6th August 1975 and bottled on 25th of July 2000 from single cask #5239.

This is bottle number 99 of 224.

Brora 1982 Gordon and MacPhail

Distilled in 1982, just a year before the now famous Brora distillery closed. This is a Connoisseurs Choice bottling by Gordon & MacPhail.

Bottled in 2002.

Glenugie 1977 Signatory Vintage 32 Year Old Decanter Collection

A rare bottling of Glenugie distilled on 20th December 1977. This is part of Signatory Vintage's elegantly packaged Decanter Collection.

Bottled on 8th March 2010 after being finished in an Oloroso Sherry butt #5 for 90 months. 

Bottle number 192 of 809 bottles.  

Bowmore 1999 Hand Filled 19 Year Old Cask #2116 / Sherry

A 19 year old Bowmore aged in a single sherry cask #2116.

Distilled on the 21st June 1999 and bottled by hand at the distillery on the 16th July 2018.

We have it on good authority that this has come from a first fill Oloroso sherry cask.
