1970's vintage Ardbeg are becoming increasingly difficult to find. This particular bottling is from the 1998 release, just after the distillery's takeover by Glenmorangie PLC in 1997.

This Norse Cask Selection bottling is a single cask, drawn from hogshead #CM016 which was specially selected by WhiskyOwner.com.

Impressively aged at 24 years old, this was bottled in 2008.

A bottling of Port Ellen, the silent Islay distillery by Gordon and MacPhail.

Distilled in 1980, three years before the distillery closed, and bottled in 1998.

Officially imported for the Italian market by Giuseppe Meregalli, Milan.

Ardbeg Supernova Committee Release

Released in 2009 to members of the Ardbeg Committee, this original Ardbeg Supernova was in excess peated of 100ppm.

Park and Tilford 1951 'Mr Park' Bottled in Bond 5 Year Old

A fascinating 1950's bottling from one of the lesser known bourbon brands. Park & Tilford were established in 1840 and were one of the few companies to survive prohibition, even at one point purchasing Old Overholt and Pennsylvania's Large distillery in 1925, although subsequently surrendering them to the superior financial muscle of the newly formed National Distillers just two years later.

This bottle was distilled in 1951 at the Bonnie Bros distillery in Louisville, KY, which Park and Tilford procured in 1938, resurrecting it from its Prohibition induced closure. It was bottled in bond 5 years later, in 1956.

The bourbon is named Mr. Park, after one half of its eponymous founding duo.

Bottled at 100 proof and presented in a nice lock and key box.

Aberlour 1964 25 Year Old

An old Aberlour, distilled in 1964 and bottled 25 years later in 1989. Presented in a lovely lockable wooden box.

One of 10,000 bottles.

A rare Wilson and Morgan single cask Port Ellen, distilled in 1979 and matured for 23 years in butt #5538. 

Bottled in 2002.

Ardbeg Alligator Committee Reserve For Discussion

Bottled 'for discussion' by the Ardbeg Committee.

Released in June 2011, Ardbeg Alligator takes its name from the aggressive charring of the American casks the whisky was matured in. This charring level is known as the Alligator char because the cracking of the wood under the heat looks similar to the skin of an Alligator.
