Elements of Islay Blended Malt / Dornoch Castle

A blended Islay Malt from Speciality Drinks of London as part of the Elements of Islay series. This contains a mixture of pure Islay whiskies and was bottled specially for Dornoch Castle.

Spanish brandy produced using a solera system.

There are no measurements for strength or capacity on the bottle.

Elijah Craig Small Batch

Elijah Craig is one of the flagship brands produced by Heaven Hill, named after an 18th century pastor, often cited (although probably incorrectly) as the first man to distil bourbon in the US.

This small batch release is the brand's core product.

Eden Mill Single Malt Hip Flask Series No.8 20cl / Port Hogshead

Although only new, Eden Mill is a distillery steeped in distilling history. Situated on the banks of the Eden Estuary, just outside the beautiful town of St. Andrews, the distillery occupies a site formerly owned and operated by the Haig family for most of the 19th century. Haig's moved their business to the familiar Markinch address in 1882, converting the buildings into a brewery and paper mill instead. The brewery closed just 20 years later and the paper mill operated until 2008. Then, Eden Mill was born.

The first 7 of these these elegantly packaged 20cl glass \"hip flask\" bottles were launched in April 2018. They were distilled using a variety of malt types, and matured in a variety of different casks. 

No.8 in the series was distilled using Pale Spirit on 14th April 2015, and matured in an Port hogshead and released in October 2018.

One of only 1200 bottles.

Paddy Old Irish Whiskey Miniature 1966

A triple distilled blended Irish whiskey containing single pot still, single malt and grain.

Named after former Cork Distilleries salesman Paddy Flaherty, this was bottled by the Cork Distilleries Company at the Old Midleton distillery in 1966, just prior to their amalgamation with Jameson and Powers to form the Irish Distillers group.

Pilla Bitter 1 Litre 1970s

A fantastic older bottle of the popular Italian bitter liqueur, best known by Fratelli Campari, but in this case produced by Pilla.

The bottle is emblazoned with the image of Harold MacMillaner.
