Johnnie Walker Odyssey

The very high end of blending is based on the notes of Alexander Walker. 

Composed of three carefully selected single malts that have been married in European oak casks. The cleaver design of the crystal decanter moves along with the motion of the ocean and its 'swing' style box will ensure it cant fall over.

Jura 1973  Single Cask 30 Year Old

A stunning presentation of Isle of Jura 30 year old distilled on 10th November 1973 and matured in a single Gonzales Byass Oloroso sherry butt.

Single cask #3155 yileded only 468 bottles , this is bottle number 13.

Jameson Staff Release / Thanks a million

Commisioned to celebrate Jameson selling 3 million cases worldwide including 1 million in the USA, these bottles were not for sale and presented as gifts.

Highland Park 25 Year Old

An older styled bottling of Highland Park 25 Year Old presented in the old round wooden box.

Released circa 1990s this is a highly acclaimed legendary Highland Park bottled at the higher strength of 50.7%.

Highland Park Odin 16 Year Old

The last in Highland Park's Valhalla series released in 2015 which also comprises of  the Thor, Loki and Freya released one per year over the last three years.

This 16 year old Highland Park is a limited edition of 17,000 bottles.  

Hibiki 17 Year Old Mount Fuji Limited Edition

To Commemorate Mount Fuji the highest peak in Japan getting added to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 2013, Suntory released this special edition. 

The Hibiki whose bottle always has  24 facets representing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar has been redecorated with a painting of a scenic view of Mount Fuji. 

Hillside 1971 Rare Malt 25 Year Old

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

Hillside, more widely known as Glen Esk released a handful of Rare Malt bottlings, two of them were released in Europe from 1970 and 1971 as 25 years old.

This particular bottle was distilled in 1971 and bottled as a 25 year old in September 1997. 

Bottle number 0422.

Highland Park Odin 16 Year Old

Highland Park Earl Magnus 15 Year Old

Named after the rule of Orkney in the 1100’s, Earl Magnus is the first edition of the trilogy consisting of; Earl Magnus, Saint Magnus and Earl Haakon.  A 15 year old, cask strength release within an outstanding wooden box and fashioned glass styled on bottles from 150 years ago, this quickly become a desirable Highland Park.

Only 5,976 of the Earl Magnus were created.

Hazelwood Janet Sheed Roberts 110th Birthday

The forth release to commemorate the 110th birthday of William Grant's Granddaughter; Janet Sheed Roberts.

Only 1600 bottles produced and given to members of staff in William Grant's.

Jameson Limited Edition 15 Year Old

All Triple distilled pot still whiskey with no grain added, this was created as a special edition for the millennium.

John Scott & Millers 35 Year Old Blend / Highland Park and Invergordon

A wonderful whisky, very rich and very powerful - a great blend of some legendary whiskies.

This exceptional blend was put together by combining five cask of Highland Park from 1965 and 1968 and 37 year old Invergordon grain whisky.

The five casks were part of the final 12 purchased from this era by the late Robert Miller, former proprietor of John Scott & Miller Ltd.

Johnnie Walker King George V 

Bottled to celebrate the first Royal Warrant being granted to John Walker and Sons Ltd to supply scotch whisky to the British Royal Household in 1934.  Johnnie Walker King George V was designed to replicate Johnnie Walker from this day, some Port Ellen was used in the making of this alongside Cardhu, Royal Lochnagar and some well aged grain whisky.

Presented in a stunning decanter and packaging.

Perhaps one of the strangest bottles to date. 4 Year Old Jim Beam in a Ford \"Woodie\" Station Wagon.

There is a great deal of debate as to whether or not this is a single malt, Suntory were renowned for using the term \"Pure Malt\" for both single malts and blended malts and a high number of bloggers have stated that this is 100% Hakushu. 

The translation of ‘Kioke Shikomi’ seems strange because although it means “matured in a wooden tub”, 'kioke’ normally refers to a tub used for making sake.

Hakushu 1991 \"Furudaru Shiage\" Pure Malt 

There is a great deal of debate as to whether or not this is a single malt, Suntory were renowned for using the term \"Pure Malt\" for both single malts and blended malts and a high number of bloggers have stated that this is 100% Hakushu. 

The translation of ‘Furudaru Shiage’ means old barrel finish, there is also some text to imply that it has been filtered through bamboo charcoal.

Ardbeg 1979 Gordon and Macphail

Bottled by Gordon and Macphail as part of the Connoisseurs Choice collection, this Ardbeg was distilled in September 1979 and bottled in December 2005.

Jura 1976 Creative Whisky Company 35 Year Old

Distilled in December 1976 then matured in first fill sherry hogshead #506 for 35 years. 

One of 240 bottles.
