Hietz Cellars 1979 'Martha's Vineyard' Cabernet Sauvignon 

Originally started by Joe and Alice Heitz in 1961 in Napa Valley.  The Martha's Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon began in 1965 and quickly became a collectors favourite, earning many accolades over the years.  

The Martha's Vineyard has been nominated one of the top 12 wines of the century by Wine Spectator.

This 1979 vintage is bottle number 48764 of 59,628 bottles and 3,000 magnums.

When they launched That Boutique-y Whisky Company, they did so at a masterclass at Maltstock, a whisky festival south of Nijmegen each year. This label features those who attended the masterclass and voted to decide the contents of this Highland Park.

Awarded 90.5% by Jim Murray in 2015 with the comment \"lovely\".

Hazelburn 8 Year Old Cask Strength Single Port Cask

Distilled at Springbank, Hazelburn is unpeated and triple distilled and bottled at cask strength. 

Matured in a single Port hogshead that produced 312 bottles. 

Hazelburn  2002 Sauternes Wood Finish 8 Year Old

Hazelburn is produced at Springbank distillery, without (much) peat influence and triple distilled.  

This Hazelburn was distilled in June 2002 before being matured for 5 years in refill bourbon casks and matured for a further 3 years in Sauternes casks.

Limited to 9,180 bottles.

Hine 1988 Cognac

Distilled in 1988 and bottled in 2005, grande champagne Cognac from Hine. 

Fettercairn 1993 Cadenhead's 17 Year Old

A single Claret cask of Fettercairn bottled by Cadenhead's.

Distilled in 1993 and bottled in Februrary 2011.

One of 102 bottles.

Haig's Gold Label 1950s

A bottle of Gold Label from Haig released during the 1950s. 

The Haig family had a long history of distilling going back as far as the 15th Century. Since 1824 when Cameronbridge distillery was opened by John Haig, Haig has been a big brand in the whisky world. As part of a distilling dynasty John Haig became important in the regulation of Whisky production and was a spokesman for the industry. Although the brand began to shrink in the 1970s, in the last year it has seen a healthy revival with the help of Mr Posh Spice David Beckham.

Fettercairn 2003 Distillery Exclusive

A 2003 Vintage Fettercairn matured in cask number 0771717 and bottled at cask strength.

Highland Queen 15 Year Old 1960s

A very old bottle of blended whisky from Macdonald and Muir of Leith.

Fettercairn 1989 Carn Mor 23 Year Old

Distilled in May 1989 and bottled in August 2012.

Frapin Chateau Fontpinot XO Cognac

A single estate Cognac produced by Frapin at Chateau de Fontpinot.

Hakushu 12 Year Old 

Suntory's other excellent distillery which is often over looked for Yamazaki.

Hammerhead 1989 23 Year Old Czech Single Malt

Distilled at the state owned Pradlo distillery in Czechoslovakia, it was put in to Czech oak casks. Then the global political landscape changed in a sudden and drastic way... and this single malt was forgotten. 

Sitting in a cellar maturing until it was discovered in the Czech Republic 20 years later. 

A real pleasant surprise as this socialist whisky produced behind the iron curtain is really rather excellent.  

Four Roses Single Barrel Private Selection For K&L Wines

Selected from Barrel #53-3J at 58.5%.

This is an 11 year and two month old Four Roses made from recipe OBSO. 

Selected and bottled for California based retailer K&L Wines. 

Fettercairn 1997 Distillery Only Single Cask 

A 1997 Vintage Fettercairn matured in cask number 7753 and bottled at cask strength.

Hazelburn 2003 Rundelts and Kilderkins

A limited bottling of Hazelburn from Springbank, distilled in 2003 and matured using Rundlets and Kilderkins - two small casks which hold 60 and 80 litres respectively.

Bottle in June 2014, a release of 12,000 bottles.

Hakushu Whisky Shop Exclusive WSO-008 30cl

A distillery bottle of Hakushu direct from Japan bottled in 2015 for the Whisky Shop.

Released for a matter of hours, before this was recalled from the shelves by the request of Springbank. 

Distilled in 1998, this was released by Alchemist (albeit briefly) in 2006.

A Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey exported for the Spanish market.

Famous Grouse Highland Decanter

This attractive decanter is gilded with 24 carat gold and depicts a 'Summer in the Highlands' by artist Stanley Todd.

Hankey Bannister 5 Year Old 1970s

A European release of this classic blend at 5 years old, from the 1970s. 

This blend was supplied to Officers of Her Majesty's Services and the Diplomatic Core. A high honour indeed to be the preffered drink offered by those representing the United Kingdom internationally. 

Highland Park Svein 1 Litre

Part pf the Warrior's range, this is named after Svein the \"ulitmate\" Viking chieftan. He was a hardened, battle scarred party type. Perfect for naming a whisky after. 

This whisky was mostly matured in American oak.
