Talisker 1955 Secret Stills No. 1.1 Isle of Skye 50 Year Old

As with the rest of the Secret Stills range this single malt is not named, however they do offer a clue that it was distilled at Carbost on the Isle of Skye. Will we ever solve this mystery?

Distilled in May 1955 and bottled in October 2005 makes this half a century old, this is a genuine rarity.

Talisker 1977 35 Year Old

A 35 year old Talisker distilled in 1977 and released in 2012.

Matured in a combination of refill American and European oak casks.

Bottle number 2163 of 3090.

Convalmore 1977 36 Year Old

Diageo released this last year, the second bottling of Convalmore within their Special release series.

Distilled in 1977 and bottled at cask strength 36 years later.

Bottle number 1283 of 2680.

Tomatin 40 Year Old

The Tomatin 40 year old is highly acclaimed and widely sought after.

Distilled in 1967 and matured in a combination of seven ex-bourbon hogshead casks. 

Constantine Stores 50 Year Old Single Malt

Constantine Stores Special Family Reserve bottled this 50 year old single malt for their 50th Anniversary. 1957 to 2007.

Camus jubilee Baccarat Crystal Decanter

Camus is a well established Cognac brand that carries history back to 1863 when Jean-Baptiste Camus founded a group of Cognac producers under the banner 'La Grande Marque'.

A unique composition of 200 of the best old cognacs created in 1913 by Edmund Camus for the 50th anniversary of \"The House of Camus\". This exceptional cognac has been enhanced by a handmade Baccarat crystal decanter designed by the French designer Serge Manceon.

Taketsuru 21 Year Old 80th Anniversary

This blend range is named after Nikka founder and key member of the birth of Japanese whisky, Masataka Taketsuru. This blended malt was  released to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Nikka.

Un-chillfiltered and Madeira finished.

Clynelish Select Reserve

Part of Diageo's 2014 Special releases this is comprised of a combination of five wood types and five vintages. 

One of 2,964 bottles. 

Coleburn 1970 Signatory Vintage 30 Year Old

A great example of this closed distillery, Coleburn, which we rarely see many bottles from.

Bottled within Signatory Vintage's Rare Reserve range this 30 year old Coleburn was distilled on the 13th January 1970 and bottled on the 7th September 2000 from cask #100.

This is bottle number 118 of 302. 

Taketsuru 17 and 21 Year Old 2 x 70cl

Released by Nikka, this range of blended malts is named after Nikka's founder and a key member of the birth of Japanese whisky, Masataka Taketsuru.

Both Taketsuru 17 and 21  year old are highly acclaimed and have received many awards.

Tomatin 1997 Centenary Decanter 30 Year Old

A 30 year old Tomatin bottled into a still shaped decanter in 1997 to celebrate the ditillery centenary. 

200 bottles in a 90cl decanter were presented as gifts then 800 smaller 70cl ones went on sale to the public. 

Includes the still top glass stopper. 

One of 200 bottles.

A limited edition bottling of Courvoisier designed by Art Deco artiste Erte.

Part Des Angels is french for 'Angel Share'.  A wonderfully presented and highly sought after collectible Courvioisier.

Clynelish 1974 Rare Malt 23 Year Old 

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

Released within the Rare Malt Selection.  Distilled in 1974 and bottled as a 23 year old at 59.1%

Bottled in 1997.

Distilled in October 1977 and bottled in April 2005 by the Whisky Shop.

Tomatin 1976 Single Cask

Distilled in 1976 then matured in single cask number 19090 until the 7th of August 2008 when it was bottled. Matured in a first refiil bourbon barrel. 

At over 30 years old, it's rare to see whisky this age these days.

Tomatin 1974 Single Treasured Cask

Distilled in 1974 then matured in single cask number 26828 until June 2006 when it was bottled.

Cameronbridge 1974 Celtic Heartlands 33 Year Old

Celtic Heartlands is a range of bottlings selected Bruichladdich's master distiller Jim McEwan and bottled by Murray McDavid.

Distilled in 1974 and bottled in 2007.

This particular bottling is a single grain whisky from the Cameron Bridge distillery, the first distillery to produce Grain whisky using the Column still method invented by Robert Stein, Prior to Aeneas Coffey improving the design.

Released in 2012, this is a 30 year old Talisker limited to just 3186 bottles.

Released in 2009, this is a 30 year old Talisker limited to only 3000 bottles.

Talisker 30 Year Old 2010 Release

Released in 2010 alongside Diageo's annual special releases, this is bottle number 0470 of 2958.

Coleburn 1972 Gordon and Macphail

Distilled in 1972 and bottled by Gordon and Macphail in 2002.

Coleburn is yet another of the many distilleries that didn’t make it through the 1980s, the production equipment is now gone so this will never produce again. 

Coleburn 1965 Gordon and Macphail 17 Year Old

Distilled in 1965 and bottled by Gordon and Macphail in 17 years later..

Coleburn is one of the numerous distilleries that failed to survive the 1980s \"cull\". The distillery equipment is gone so there is almost no chance of resurrection for this Speyside distillery.
