Ben Nevis 1990 La Maison du Whisky 20 Year Old

Distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2011 after maturation in sherry butt #1506. 

One of 577 bottles. 

Balvenie 14 Year Old Roasted Malt

The first single malt Scotch whisky to be made using a batch of dark roasted malted barley.

This 14 year old Balvenie is a limited bottling from 34 casks.

Ben Nevis 1966 Whisky Broker 49 Year Old 29.5%

Single malt whisky distilled in 1966... however for each year in cask some of the ABV is lost to evaporation.

When whisky drops below the 40% abv point it is no longer whisky. Often it will be \"bulked\" up with younger stronger whisky or sometimes it's turned into a liqueur. 

However on this occasion the Whisky Broker Ltd have decided to bottle the \"liquid\". 

Looks like whisky, tastes like whisky, not whisky! But when else are you going to get to try 49 year old Ben Nevis?

Released by Nikka, this range of blended malts is named after Nikka's founder and a key member of the birth of Japanese whisky, Masataka Taketsuru.

Taketsuru 17 year old is highly acclaimed and has received many awards.

The Bruichladdich Links collection was created in partnership with Graeme Baxter the famous Golf Course artist.

Releasing 9 whiskies featuring different golf courses, this bottle depicts the 18th hole at Royal Troon.

Bottle 2,148 of 12,000.

Balblair 1990 2nd Release

A departure from their normal style this is has been in bourbon casks for 21 years prior to being finished for 2 years in Oloroso sherry butts. 

Big, fruity and delicious.

An official 26 year old bottling of Bruichladdich from Whyte and Mackay's days, they owned the distillery between 1993 and 2000.

Bruichladdich Valinch 1992 Ailsa and Graham Hayes 22 Year Old

Distilled in 1992 then matured in bourbon barrel prior to being finished in a Guyanan rum cask.

This 22 year old was bottled with the image of Ailsa Hayes, the retail and office manager at Bruichladdich and Graham Hayes, a distilling operator.

Bruichladdich Valinch 1990 David Hope 25 Year Old

Distilled in 1990 then matured in bourbon barrel number 062 prior to being finished in a Pessac - Leognan cask. 

This 25 year old is for David Hope who does bulk trasportation and is a shiftman for the distillery.

Toyo Jozo Byron JBA Whisky

Toya Breweries produced Jupiter Whisky before the company merged with Asahi Holdings. In this distant past some whiskies were released under the name Byron J.B.A whisky by Toyo Jozo ltd.
The whisky were blended in association with the Japan bartenders association and released in January 1967 and were only for use in bars.

This is a rare opportunity to grab long forgotten Japanese whisky.

Balvenie 1980 15 Year Old Single Barrel

An older edition of Balvenie's classic single barrel series, a 15 year old single malt which is drawn from a single traditional oak whisky cask of a single distillation. While every cask is subtly different, The Balvenie Malt Master has selected only casks which have the essential characteristics of The Balvenie Single Barrel.

Distilled on 21st July 1988 and bottled on 29th July 2003 from single cask #3321, this is bottle number 36.

Bruichladdich 1992 Jim McEwan 23 Year Old Valinch

A distillery exclusive bottle, the 'Valinch' bottlings are only available for hand bottling at Bruichladdich distillery.  This Valinch was released in honour of distilling legend Jim McEwan.

Distilled in 1992 and matured in a fino sherry cask and being bottled at 23 years old.

Balvenie 17 Year Old Peated Cask

Released in 2010,  Balvenie Peated Cask is a combination of 17 year old  Balvenie finished in virgin oak blended with 17 year old Balvenie finished in casks that had previously been filled with unreleased 2001 vintage experimental heavily-peated Balvenie (perhaps used for blending purposes).

Ben Nevis 1992 14 Year Old

Distilled in September 1992 and bottled in January 2007.

This 14 years was matrued in an single sherry cask number.
