Redbreast 2001 All Sherry Single Cask #18829 / Master of Malt 

Redbreast is a single pot sill whiskey from New Midleton in Ireland. A combination of malted and un-malted barley are triple distilled in copper pot stills. 

This is an unusual single sherry cask, specially bottled for Master of Malt.

Cask Number #18829 was bonded in 2001.

Rosebank 12 Year Old Flora and Fauna

This Flora and Fauna bottling of Rosebank has been discontinued for a number of years and was the last standard official release from Rosebank.

There have however been super premium releases from Diageo since this bottle was discontinued.

Foursquare 2006 Velier 10 Year Old / Bourbon & Cognac Matured

This is a \"single blended rum,\" meaning two spirits blended in the same cask. The first distilled on a copper double pot still, and the second on a traditional coffey.

Distilled in 2006 and matured in ex-bourbon casks for 3 years and ex-cognac casks for a further 7 years.

Bottled in 2016 by Velier for the Italian market.

This Rosebank was distilled in November 1991 and matured in bourbon barrel #4766. 

Bottled October 2006 by The Ultimate Whisky Company in The Netherlands.

Royal Lochnagar 1973 Rare Malt 23 Year Old / 59.7%

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

The distillery is situated close to Balmoral, the Queen’s official residence in Scotland which makes this Distillery a tourist must.

Distilled in 1973 and bottled in April 1997.

A 1960 vintage Royal Lochnagar, distilled from the barley grown at Inveralmond while it was occupied by Dewar's (and United Distillers by the time of bottling). Bottled from sherry wood in 1976, and then rebottled into this special commemorative set in 1992 to celebrate 30 years at the Inveralmond site.
