Dalmore 25 Year Old

Released in very limited quantities in 2013 the Dalmore 25 year old is matured initially in American white oak before a second maturation in a combination of Palomino Fino sherry butts and first fill bourbon cask.

That's not all, these are then married together in bourbon barrels before a final finishing period in Tawny port pipes.

Dallas Dhu 1982 Historic Scotland 24 Year Old Cask Strength​

Distilled in 1982, not long before the distilleries closure then bottled in 2007 for Historic Scotland (now Historic Environment Scotland), the Government body that runs the former distillery as a museum.

Cask number #3739 and bottle number 503.

An official bottle of 15 year old Diamond distillery rum.

Distilled in a Metal Coffey Still in 1999, matured in new charred barrels, and bottled in July 2014 from only 5 barrels yielding an outturn of only 1,411 bottles.

The Dalmore Mackenzie was released to commemorate the long lasting relationship between Dalmore and Clan Mackenzie.

The whisky was matured in a bourbon hogsheads for 11 years before a finishing period of 6 years in port pipes.

A limited and highly sought after bottling of which only 3,000 were made.

Lot includes a limited edition print of The Death of the Stag by Benjamin West, which initial purchasers of the bottle were given the chance to send away for.

Damoiseau Millesime 1980 Rhum Vieux 18 Year Old

Rhums Damoiseau are distilled in the French Caribbean island of Guadeloupe from 100% fresh-pressed sugarcane and no molasses - this results in a fresh character rum without any rubberiness.

After distillation, the rum is stocked in oak barrels that have previously been used for bourbon.  Given the hot climate in Guadeloupe, the casks experience an evaporation rate of almost 50% after 10 years, while also imparting into the spirit a light brown colour.

Dalmore Dee Dram / 2012 Season

The River Dee is revered the world over for its picturesque beauty, clean crisp waters and of course its exceptional salmon fishing.

The Rivers Collection was originally released in 2012 and included four bottlings named after four famous Scottish Salmon rivers, The Dee, The Spey, The Tweed and The Tay.In recognition of the various trusts a donation was made to the Tay Foundation, Tweed Foundation, Spey Foundation and Dee Trust when these bottles we're originally on the market.

Please note this bottle comes in the box for the 2011 Season.

Dalmore Millennium Release 1263 Custodian 2015 / 2nd Release

The second cask to be bottled for Dalmore's 1263 custodians, a concept introduced by the distillery for it's followers in 2012.

A trio of casks were filled at midnight on January 1st 2000, and gradually released on their 12th, 15th, and 18th birthday's.

This is the second 'Millennium Release', bottled in 2015 as a 15 year old. Initially matured in an American oak ex-bourbon cask, before being finished in a Matusalem oloroso sherry cask.

Dalmore 1997 Distillery Exclusive 2016 / Bourbon Finesse

This very limited single cask bottling was only available at Dalmore distillery.  The spirit was created by Richard Paterson to showcase the exceptional ex-bourbon casks used for maturing Dalmore whiskies.  

This expression was created by moving the spirit through three different bourbon casks each one hand selected by Richard.

After the auction closing date, the highest bidder will be notified by email. Payment is required within 72hrs. The buyer can then choose to ship, store, or collect the bottle(s). Buyer fees are applied during the online checkout process.  

The seller will receive payment within 21 working days of the end of the auction, directly to their chosen bank account. Seller fees will be applied to the seller’s invoice after the auction.
