Kilchoman 100% Islay 2nd Edition​

The 2nd release of Kilchoman's popular 100% Islay releases, bottled in 2012.

All parts of the production process for the 100% Islay took place at the distillery – from barley to bottle. The barley is grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled at Kilchoman. Bottled at 50% ABV and peated to a lower level to that of other releases. This second release was matured in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry butts from Miguel Martin in Spain.

Kentucky Pride 1986 Small Batch 10 Year Old Bourbon

This is a 10 year old bourbon bottled at Willett distillery by Kentucky Bourbon Distillers.

A single barrel was fillled in March 1986 and bottled by hand on 21st September 1996. Willett had stopped distilling by this point in the 1980's, so the barrel would have been sourced elsewhere by KBD (most likely neighbours, Heaven Hill), who were still aging whisky at the distillery.

Kilchoman 100% Islay 2nd Edition​

The 2nd release of Kilchoman's popular 100% Islay releases, bottled in 2012.

All parts of the production process for the 100% Islay took place at the distillery – from barley to bottle. The barley is grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled at Kilchoman. Bottled at 50% ABV and peated to a lower level to that of other releases. This second release was matured in a combination of fresh and refill bourbon barrels.

Talisker 12 Year Old / A Decade of Friends of the Classic Malts

 A limited release in 2007 of 21,500 bottles to commemorate a decade of Friends of the Classic Malts.

Talisker 1955 Gordon and MacPhail Cask Strength

Distilled in 1955,at Talisker before being bottled by Gordon and MacPhail at cask strength. 

There is no bottling date on the miniature but if it is of the same batch as full sized bottles of the same vintage and ABV then it would have been 1992.

Kilchoman 100% Islay Feis Ile 2017 Release​

This limited edition Kilchoman was bottled for the Feis Ile 2017 and consists of 2 casks married together; an Oloroso sherry butt #433/2009 and Bourbon barrel #324/2008.

All parts of the production process for the 100% Islay took place at the distillery – from barley to bottle. The barley is grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled at Kilchoman.
