Macallan 2003 Exceptional Cask #9100-13​

The 2017 Macallan exceptional cask series was a worldwide sensation, with demand across the globe for these fascinating new single cask releases. The thirteenth in the series of 14 releases however was exclusive to Macallan's UK homeland, and at just 643 bottles is one of the most sought after of the bunch.

The range takes it's name from a number of single cask bottlings Macallan released during the 1990s, often described as some of 'the greatest Macallan of them all \".

Distilled on the 11th August 2003 and bottled over 14 years later after maturing in single European Oak Sherry Butt #9100 (Ref: 2017/ESB-9100/13)

Selected by Master Distiller Bob Dalgarno, this was the third cask to be reserved for the 2017 series on 24th July of the same year.

One of only 643 bottles.

Macallan 1999 Easter Elchies 2012

The Easter Elchies single cask bottlings from Macallan are released annually exclusive to Macallan distillery.  

Distilled in 1999 and matured until 2012, this 13 year old single sherry butt #6697 yielded 390 bottles.

Macallan 1997 Easter Elchies 2011

The Easter Elchies single cask bottlings from Macallan were released annually exclusively at the Macallan distillery.  

This particular bottling was released over two days in November and December 2011 to incredibly high demand and a number of unhappy customers.

Distilled in 1997 and matured until 2011, this 14 year old single sherry butt #16946 yielded a total of 550 bottles.

Macallan 30 Year Old Fine Oak 75cl / US Import​

Very well aged Macallan matured in a mixture of European and American oak casks.

Macallan Coronation

The latest in the Macallan royal bottlings, this release from June 2013 consists of two 35cl bottles with a box designed by David Holmes. One bottle depicts the queen from 1953, matured solely in American oak sherry seasoned casks, while the other matured in Spanish sherry seasoned casks.   Only 1,953 boxes were produced to convey the date of the coronation in 1953.

Only available on Macallan’s website or at the distillery this quickly became one of the fastest selling releases of 2013.

The Gran Reserva Macallan’s were released between 1997 and 2002.

Distilled in 1979 and bottled in 1997, this 18 year old Macallan is widely regarded as one of the most memorable and legendary bottles ever.

Macallan 21 Year Old Edition 1 / The Savoy Collection

Many decades ago, The Savoy created a range of spirits bottled exclusively for the hotel to be enjoyed by the most loyal guest and discerning imbibers of the time. 
These spirits were savoured in The Savoy's world famous bar and were often shipped abroad or bought home as the most special memento of their stay.

In 2013 The Savoy revived this tradition with the launch of a most prestigious collection of unique spirits, bottled and presented to reflect the outstanding quality that has been The Savoy's trademark for over 124 years. 

This rare example of the much sought-after 21 years-old Macallan has been exclusively bottled for The Savoy by whisky collector and 'Keeper of the Quaich' Sukhinder Singh, who released this liquid from his private reserve stock, limiting to a maximum quantity of 121 bottles.

This particular Macallan has been drawn from a refill hogshead.

Yamazaki 2000 Single Cask #ES60046 / Takashimaya Buyer's Selection

Single cask Yamazaki's are very rare and hard to find these days.

This was distilled in 2000 and matured in sherry butt #ES60046 until bottling in 2010.

Bottle number 293.

This cask was selected especially by the buyers at Japanese department store, Takashimaya.

Yoichi 1988 Single Cask 25 Year Old #100215

Ditilled in June 1988 and bottled in July 2013.

This is a 25 Year Old Single Cask from Nikka's Yoichi distillery.

Bottled at 62% from cask #100215.
