Dingle Cask Strength Single Malt No.2 / Bourbon & Sherry Casks​

Dingle whisky distillery opened in Ireland in 2012. This is the second triple distilled small batch release produced entirely from single malt.

Matured in Bourbon, Olorosso and Pedro Ximenz casks.

Dallas Dhu 1983 Last Cask Filled

A very rare official bottling of Dallas Dhu by the now 'guardians' of the distillery Historic Scotland (now known as Historic Environment Scotland).

Bottled from the last cask to be filled from the distillery in 1983, cask #327.

Diamond SVW 1999 Velier 15 Year Old Rum

Due to the consolidation of the various Distilleries in Guyana and the relocation of a number stills from across the nation (specifically from Enmore and Uitvlugt) into the DDL Diamond Distillery complex, referring to a rum as Diamond is a somewhat confusing proposition.

This Velier bottling however was distilled in the metal coffey still that can be considered to be the original Diamond stills, signified by the SVW cask mark.

Distilled in 1999, matured in new charred barrels, and bottled in July 2014 from only 5 barrels yielding an outturn of only 1,411 bottles.

Dallas Dhu 1970 Rare Malt 24 Year Old / 60.6%

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic range of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

This Dallas Dhu was distilled in 1970 and was one of the earliest Rare Malt releases. 

Dingle Cask Strength Single Malt No.3 / Bourbon & Port Casks

The Dingle Whisky distillery started production in 2012.

This is their third cask strength single malt release, and is a marriage of single malt whisky matured in two cask types, ex-bourbon and ex-port.

Littlemill 1988 Whisky Agency 25 Year Old / Three Rivers

This Littlemill was matured in a sherry hogshead before being bottled by The Whisky Agency in 2013 for Three Rivers Tokyo. 

One of 110 bottles. 

Longmorn 1973 Gordon and MacPhail

These old vintage Gordon and MacPhail bottlings are amazing, this is a 1973 Longmorn bottled in 2012 - how often do we see whiskies like this on the shelves these days.

The Dingle Whisky distillery started production in 2012.

This is the first single pot still release from the distillery: triple distilled and matured exclusively in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

Laphroaig 11 Year Old Feis Ile 2003 / with 2 x Glasses

An 11 year old Laphroaig, bottled exclusively for the Islay Festival in 2003 (Feis Ile). 

Apparently quite a distinctive difference to the standard 10 year old Laphroaig.

Presented in beautiful gift set which comes alongside two Laphroaig branded glasses.

Laphroaig 1989 Vintage 17 Year Old / Feis Ile 2007

Released at Laphroaig distillery during the Feis Ile in 2007.

Distilled in December 1989 and bottled at 17 year old exclusively for the Friends of Laphroaig.

Only 4,000 bottles produced.

Lochside 1979 Silver Seal 21 Year Old / First Bottling

A Silver Seal bottling of Lochside distilled in 1979 and bottled in November 2001.

This is the 'First Bottling' of Lochside from Silver Seal.

Silver Seal was founded by Ernesto Mainardi in 2000. This was Mainardi's second bottling company after the esteemed Sestane in 1979. Both companies were sold to Massimo Righi in 2010, with Ernesto's original releases becoming increasingly prized possessions by collectors.

Dalmore 21 Year Old

The 2015 release of Dalmore 21 year old matured in American oak for ten years prior to being moved to Gonzalez Byass Matusalem Oloroso Sherry butts which held sherry 30 years old.

One of 8000 bottles.

Littlemill 1990 Jack Wiebers 23 Year Old 'Great Ocean Liners' / Whisky Fair Limburg 2014

This very rare expression was selected by Jack Wieber as part of the Great Ocean Liners series, and bottled for the Whisky Fair Limburg 2014.

Distilled in 1990 at the closed Littlemill distillery in the Lowlands and aged 23 years.

One of only 144 bottles filled from bourbon cask #1035.

Littlemill 1989 Whisky Agency 25 Year Old / Three Rivers & The Auld Alliance

An independent bottling from closed Lowland distillery, Littlemill.

Distilled in 1989 and matured for 25 year in a refill hogshead.

Bottled for The Whisky Agency in Germany , in collaboration with Three Rivers bar in Tokyo and The Auld Alliance bar in Singapore.

A 1962 vintage Dalwhinnie bottled by Gordon and MacPhail at 19 years old.

Dewar's 30 Year Old

Released in 2015 from one of the most famous and established blenders in the history of Scotch whisky.

This 30 year old edition of Dewar's is a blend of some of their oldest whiskies and is finished in Spanish Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

This bottle was available for Global Travel Retail only and is presented in a stunning wooden box.

A limited edition bottling of Laphroaig at 27 years old.

Distilled between October 1988 and November 1989 aged in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and refill Quarter Casks. Bottled in March 2017 at a mellow cask strength of 41.7%

Littlemill 1988 Hart Brothers 26 Year Old 

A Hart Brothers bottling from closed Lowland distillery, Littlemill. This is part of their Finest Collection.

The Hart Brothers bottling company was founded in 1964 when Iain and Donald Hart incorporated as a wine and spirit merchant and Scotch whisky blenders. They have been bottling independent single malts since the 1970s.

Distilled in November 1988 and bottled in February 2015 after maturation in a first fill Sherry butt.

Dallas Dhu 1972 Gordon and Macphail

Distilled in 1972 and bottled in 2004 at 32 years old.

One of 605 bottles drawn from refill butt 748.

This Speyside distillery has been closed since the 1980s but lives on as a Historic Scotland Museum. 

Laphroaig 25 Year Old Cask Strength 2009 Edition 75cl / US Import

Originally released in 2007, there have been numerous Laphroaig 25 year olds released annually since. 

This edition was matured in Oloroso sherry and American oak casks, and bottled in 2009.

Dalmore 1976 SMWS 17 Year Old 13.8

You don't see very many single cask Dalmore bottlings. This 1976 vintage was bottled 17 years later by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society.
