Diamond <S> 1999 Velier 15 Year Old Rum

Due to the consolidation of the various Distilleries in Guyana and the relocation of a number stills from across the nation (specifically from Enmore and Uitvlugt) into the DDL Diamond Distillery complex, referring to a rum as Diamond is a somewhat confusing proposition.

This Velier bottling however was distilled in the metal coffey still that can be considered to be the original Diamond stills, signified by the <S> cask mark.

Distilled 1999, matured in new charred barrels and bottled in July 2014 from only 4 barrels yielding an outturn of only 1137 bottles.

Dingle Cask Strength Single Malt No.2 / Bourbon & Sherry Casks​

Dingle whisky distillery opened in Ireland in 2012. This is the second triple distilled small batch release produced entirely from single malt.

Matured in Bourbon, Olorosso and Pedro Ximenz casks.

Caperdonich 1968 Gordon and MacPhail 17 Year Old / Meregalli Import

An independent bottling from closed Speyside distillery, Caperdonich.

Distilled in 1968 and bottled 17 Years later by Gordon and MacPhail as part of their Connoisseurs Choice range.

Imported by Meregalli, who remain the official Italian distributor for Gordon & MacPhail to this day.

The Connoisseurs Choice label is one of the most recognisable independent bottlings on the market. It was initially created for renowned Italian importer, Edoardo Giaccone in the early 1970s, but became a mainstay of the core Gordon & MacPhail portfolio in 1979.

A single cask Silver Seal bottling of Caroni, distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2013.

Silver Seal was founded by Ernesto Mainardi in 2000. This was Mainardi's second bottling company after the esteemed Sestane in 1979, and this later Silver Seal collection is named in its honour. Both companies were sold to Massimo Righi in 2010.

Crabbie 25 Year Old Speyside Single Malt

This is a well-aged Speyside single malt bottled at 25 years old by John Crabbie & Co. in Leith, Edinburgh.

The bottle is presented in an elegant wooden box and is number 117 of 988.

The Crabbie whisky brand was revived in 2018, with its own distillery set to open in 2019. Prior to this, Crabbie whisky had not been seen on shleves since the 1970s, and has become better associated with alcoholic ginger beer.

The bottles will be checked-in, authenticated, photographed, and then listed into the next available auction, or an auction of your choice, by our expert team. Whisky Auctioneer hosts monthly auctions, where registered users from across the globe can bid on bottles via our website.  

After the auction closing date, the highest bidder will be notified by email. Payment is required within 72hrs. The buyer can then choose to ship, store, or collect the bottle(s). Buyer fees are applied during the online checkout process.  

The seller will receive payment within 21 working days of the end of the auction, directly to their chosen bank account. Seller fees will be applied to the seller’s invoice after the auction.
