An independently bottled Bunnahabhian, part of Douglas Laing's premium Xtra Old Particular series, XOP.

Distilled in November 1991 and then matured for 25 years in refill hogshead #DL11752 in June 2017.

An excellent independent Bruichladdich, distilled on 23rd October 1991 and bottled by Blackadder in June 2018.

The Blackadder Raw Cask series is deliberately drawn un-filtered from the cask so as to retain all cask sediment along with any natural oils and fats. 

Bushmills 2001 SMWS 16 Year Old 51.7

'Come in from the cold'

One of the few Irish malts bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society, this Bushmills has been matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels. 

Distilled in 2001 and bottled at 16 years old.

Benrinnes 1996 A.D. Rattray 14 Year Old

A 14 year old whisky from the Benrinnes distillery in Speyside.

Re-established in 2002, the A.D. Rattray company is headed up by Stanley Walker Morrison, grandson of the Stanley P. Morrison who owned Bowmore distillery. The A.D. Rattray company came into the family through the marriage of Stanley to the daughter of William Walker, who's William Walker & Co had acquired the firm in 1920. When Beam Suntory acquired full ownership of the Morrison Bowmore in 1994, the family revived the A.D. Rattray name in order to find a new avenue back into the whisky trade. This is part of their Cask Collection range, which was launched in 2004.

Distilled in 1996, this was bottled in April 2011 from single sherry hogshead #6463.

One of 281 bottles.

Teaninich 1983 Whisky-Doris

Distilled in November 1983 and matured almost 30 years before bottling in February 2013 by Whisky-Doris.

Ben Nevis 1990 Jack Wiebers 22 Year Old 'Great Ocean Liners' / Whiskship Luzern Schweiz 2015

This very rare expression was selected by Jack Wieber as part of the Great Ocean Liners series, and bottled for the Whiskship Luzern Schweiz 2015.

Distilled in 1990 at Ben Nevis in the Highlands and aged 22 years.

One of only 120 bottles filled from very dark sherry cask #0218.

Carrying the old livery of Bowmore, this collection comprises three 20cl bottles, all of which are discontinued;

• Dusk - Bordeaux casked - 50% 
• Darkest -  43% 
• Dawn - Port casked - 51.5% 

Balvenie Tun 1509 Batch #1

The latest 'tun' release from Balvenie, following in the footsteps of Balvenie Tun 1401 and 1858.

This larger Tun can hold up to four times as much liquid as Tun 1401 and hence we expect a larger quantity of this release.  

This release is a combination of 42 casks: 35 traditional American oak barrels and 7 European oak sherry butts. These were married in Tun 1509 for several months before bottling.
