Bruichladdich Octomore 1695 Discovery Feis Ile 2014

Perhaps the most desirable of the new Feis Ile releases, this is the first time Bruichladdich has released an Octomore for Feis Ile and it is incredibly limited with only 1,695 bottles being released.

Distilled on the 18th February 2007 and bottled for the 2014 Bruichladdich Open Day at Feis Ile, with a very impressive abv of 69.5%.

Bunnahabhain 1978 Murray McDavid 32 Year Old

Distilled in 1978 and bottled after 32 years by Murray McDavid.

Matured a combination of sherry and port casks, which explains the wonderful rich red colour of this whisky!

Balvenie 25 Year Old Triple Cask / Travel Retail Exclusive

Balvenie Triple Cask series of whiskies is exclusive to travel retail.

This 25 year old is the oldest in the range and is accompanied by a 12 year old and 16 year old versions.

Glenfarclas 40 Year Old William Cadenhead's 

A 40 year old single speyside whisky released from Cadenhead's.  It doesn't say Glenfarclas on the bottle but we can assure that it is!

This recent release from Cadenhead's was a 42 year old Glenfarclas which had reduced in alcohol beneath the legal whisky limit of 40%, this cask was married with a younger, 40 year old Glenfarclas to increase the alcohol to 40.2%

A very rare dumpy bottling of 25 year old Glenfarclas from the 1980s for the Italian market.

Bruichladdich Octomore Comus 4.2 

Peated equally to the Octomore 4.1 release at a massive 167ppm, this was finished in Sauternes casks.  As with the Octomore Orpheus, the Comus has received quite a cult following providing a powerful peaty dram with an elegrant sweet character provided by what is recognised as perhaps the world’s greatest desert wine.   

Only 18,000 bottles were produced.

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

This Bladnoch was distilled in 1977 and bottled 23 years later in October 2001.

The latest 'tun' release from Balvenie following the footsteps of Balvenie Tun 1401 and 1858.

This larger Tun can hold upto four times as much liquid as Tun 1401 and hence we expect a larger quantity of this release.  This release is a combination of 42 casks, 35 traditional American oak barrels and 7 European oak sherry butts, these were married in tun 1509 for several months before bottling.
