Saburomaru 1960 55 Year Old Japanese Single Malt

This is the oldest bottled Japanese whisky ever... 

Wakatsuru Shozou own Saburomaru Distillery, which has been producing limited amounts of whisky since 1952/3, This was distilled in 1960 and matured in a red wine cask with the characteristics of \"Port\" for 55 years.

The malt was heavily peated and distilled in a continuous still (By current Scotch Whisky Association rules this wouldn't be allowed to be called a single malt if produced in Scotland). 

One of only 155 bottles.

Bunnahabhain 40 Year Old

One of only 750 ever produced. This is a very rare Bunnahabhain that is presented outstandingly.

Springbank 35 Year Old Millennium Limited Edition

An older expression from this Campbeltown classic. This was bottled in September 1999 for the Millennium as part of a range of 6 bottles. 

The set comprised whiskies bottled at 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 years. 

Balvenie Rose 16 Year Old Second Edition

The Balvenie Rose was created to celebrate the long history of Balvenie Castle.  Margaret Douglas 'The Fair Maid of Galloway' married in turn, two of the infamous Black Douglases.  Following the murder of William Douglas at the hands of James II the Black Douglases rebelled against the Stewart King and were defeated loosing their titles and estates.  The king however was taken by Magaret's beauty and reinstated her in Balvenie Castle with an annual rent of a single red rose.

Two batches of the Balvenie Rose were released and sold exclusively at Balvenie distillery, each batch consisted of 4 refill American oak casks which were finished in a single first fill port pipe.

Springbank 30 Year Old Millennium Limited Edition US Import

This is a bottle of the original 30 year old Brora released within Diageo's Super Premium malts, back in 2002.

Bruichladdich The 133 Revival 66 Year Vatting / 1 of only 8

A very, very rare vatting of Black Art spanning over 66 Years.

Only 8 were produced in 2015, celebrating members of the team who helped replace the distillery's Mash Tun.

The Mash tun was from 1881 and \"Revived\" 133 years later in 2014. 

Brora 37 Year Old 2015 Release

Another fantastic release from Diageo as part of their ongoing annual super premium releases.

Released in 2015 this was one of the oldest official bottled Broras at the time, only more recently beaten by the single cask 40 year old currently available at Travel Retail for no less than £6,995 which makes these bottlings seem a bargain!

Bowmore 1972 Signatory Vintage 36 Year Old

A rare old vintage Bowmore from 1972, bottled within the Cask Strength Collection by Signatory Vintage.

Distilled on 21st June 1972 and bottled on 29th July 2008.

Matured in single sherry butt #3890.

Springbank 1973 Cadenhead's 18 Year Old Rum Butt

A tropical storm hits Campbeltown with this Springbank fully matured in a Rum Butt.

Distilled in June 1973 and bottled in September 1991 by Cadenhead's.

Brora 35 Year Old 2013 Release 

Last years release of Brora,within Diageo's Super Premium selection, was a 35 year old limited to 2,944 bottles.

Ben Wyvis 1972 27 Year Old / The Final Resurrection

This is one of the final bottlings Invergordon distillers released from this incredibly rare distillery. Released from the final three casks #744, 1058 and 1059 within Invergordon's stock.

Distilled in 1972 prior to the distillery ceasing production in 1976.

Bowmore 1991 Keizo Saji's Cask 21 Year Old

At the time the president of Suntory, Mr Keizo Seji visited Bowmore distillery in 1991 and oversaw the filling of a single sherry cask.  After the death of Mr Seji his son visited Bowmore distillery and donated his fathers cask to the employees of Morrison Bowmore.  

The single sherry cask was distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2012, this 21 year old Bowmore was only given to employees of Morrison Bowmore.

Springbank 25 Year Old Millennium Limited Edition

Bruichladdich 1992 A Final Act Of Creation 23 Year Old

Jim McEwan's final creation... at Bruichladdich.

Matured in a Château Latour red wine cask for 23 years, before bottling in 2015 at 52% - in honour of his 52 years of distilling.

This hand-signed bottle is one of only 220 released.

Bunnahabhain 1963 40 Year Old Feis Ile 2003

Bottled on the 20th May 2005 as Bunnabahhain's 2003 Feis Isle bottling.

This was a combination of the last seven hogsheads of 1963 Bunnahabhain that were in existence, distilled on 11th May 1963.

The cask yielded 743 bottles at a cask strength of 42.9%.

Balvenie 1997 DCS Compendium 19 Year Old Chapter #2

Consists of a 1997 vintage, cask strength, 19 year old Balvenie matured in a European oak Port Puncheon.

Filled on 6th August 1997.

Bottled on 28th September 2016 from cask #7951.

One of 265 bottles.

Springbank 21 Year Old

The 21 year old Springbank is incredibly popular for drinkers and collectors, usually selling out in shops very quickly! This edition was from the late 1980s/ early 1990s and refered to as the \"Parchment label\".

Brora closed in 1983 and over the years has contributed to 13 different Rare Malt releases. 

This bottle was distilled in 1977 and bottled in October 1998 as a 21 year old.

Bowmore 1985 Feis Ile 2012

Released at Feis Ile 2012, this 1985 vintage Bowmore was restricted to only 200 bottles and of that 30 were given to staff.

This very rare 1985 vintage was bottled at cask strength of 52.3%.

Scapa 16 Year Old Jutland Memorial Edition / Single Cask

A very unusual single cask official offering from Scapa, released in 2016 to commemorate the Battle of Jutland, which occured in 1916.

A first fill American oak single cask was exclusively bottled to tribute the 249 ships that were involved in the Battle of Jutland.

This is bottle number 168 of 249.

Bruichladdich 1968 Signatory Vintage 30 Year Old 10th Anniversary Gift Pack​

Distilled in June 1968 and bottled June 1998. 

Matured in single sherry cask number 2326 the selected and bottled for Singatory Vintage to celebrate their 10th anniversary.

Bunnahabhain Samaroli 45th Anniversary

An Islay favourite widely recognised as the ideal introduction to the island’s whiskies as it has all the Islay flavours but at milder tones.  

This bottle has been made to commemorate the 45th Anniversary of Samaroli.

Springbank 1965 Lombard / No. 1 The Golfing Greats

This is a wonderful bottle, Springbank distilled on the 30th April 1965 and matured for 26 years before being bottled by Lombard Scotch Whisky in January 1991 for the US market.

Bruichladdich 1966 36 Year Old Legacy #1

Bruichladdich released the Legacy series from 2002 until 2007, this is the first release was distilled in 1966 and bottled in 2002.

Limited to 1,500 bottles.

Scapa 1980 25 Year Old

Old Scapa is very hard to come by, the distillery having had a very turbulent history with many periods of closure, most recently between 1994 and 2004.  

This is the oldest official release from Scapa, distilled in 1980 and bottled in 2005 from refill bourbon hogshead.

Only 2,000 bottles were released, this is bottle number 154.
