Wolfburn 'A Little Something Different' / La Maison du Whisky 60th Anniversary

This release marks the 60th Anniversary of La Maison du Whisky.

An Ex-Bourbon American Oak Barrel and a European Oak Octave we laid down and married together to create this limited bottling.

One of 589 Bottles.

This is release is matured in a a combonation of different casks:

• 40% matured in 2nd filled quarter casks
• 40% matured in 1st fill ex bourbon barrels
• 20% 1st fill oloroso sherry hogsheads

William L. Weller 2016 Release

Released within the famous and eagerly awaited Buffalo Trace Antique Collection. 

In recent years, due to the known similarity between W.L. Weller and Van Winkle, and Weller's resulting huge increase in popularity and demand, the William L. Weller bottlings have become increasingly harder to get hold of.

The 2016 bottling features 145 barrels which were filled in the winter of 2003 at 114 Proof (57%), with the whiskey drawn in autumn 2016 after 12 years and 7 months of ageing at 135.4 Proof (67.7%) and bottled unfiltered.  The malt bill features Grade #1 and #2 Kentucky corn, North Dakota wheat and North Dakota malted barley.

Whistlepig 11 Year Old Straight Rye

A straight rye whisky, finished in bourbon wood barrels and hand bottled at Whistlepig farm, Vermont. 

11 Years old and bottled at 111 Proof (55.5%).

William L. Weller 2016 Release

The 2015 bottling features 105 barrels which were filled in the spring of 2003 at 114 Proof (57%), with the whiskey drawn in autumn 2015 after 12 years and 3 months of ageing, at 134.6 Proof (67.3%) and bottled unfiltered.  The malt bill features Grade #1 and #2 Kentucky corn, North Dakota wheat and North Dakota malted barley.

An award winning whisky, the Old Pulteney 1989 was acclaimed the title of World's Best Single Malt from the World Whisky Awards, which are awarded by the Whisky Magazine.

This lightly peated 1989 vintage has now virtually all but sold out at retail and has quickly gained status at auctions.

Olde St Nick was a bourbon brand designed for the Japanese export market.

The whisky has been widely connected with many of the Bardstown distilleries during different periods and for different reasons, though none have ever confirmed their supply to this brand.

Old Grand-Dad 86 Proof Bourbon 1970s

A rare older bottling of Old Grand-Dad, an long and stories brand dating back to 1882 surviving prohibition as a medical whisky producer.

The brand was bought out in 1987 by Fourtune Brands, the predecessors to Beam. 

This likely dates to befor the buy out when the character of the whisky was markedl changed but the new owners.
