Springbank 1997 Single Cask 16 Year Old

Distilled in June 1997 and bottled as a 16 year old in October 2013.

The whisky spent 10 years in refill bourbon and 6 years in fresh madeira.

Springbank 12 Year Old Single Port Cask

Distilled in 2003 and bottled in April 2015, this Springbank was matured entirely in a Port pipe.  

One of 696 bottles.

Springbank 2006 Local Barley 11 Year Old

A recent release of Springbank that has all but vanished from the shelves within hours of release.  

The first 'Local Barley' release from Springbank in decades (with one or two exceptions).  Distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2017, the 'local barley' comes from the varietal 'Bere' and was grown on the Kintyre Peninsula, Aros Farm.

Limited to only 9,000 bottles.

Distilled November 2000 and matured for 15 years in a Jamaican Rum Barrel.

Springbank 2006 Local Barley 11 Year Old

A recent release of Springbank that vanished from shelves so quickly, they never actually made it on at all - such was the demand.

Springbank's \"Local Barley\" releases largely faded away for a few decades (with one or two exceptions), but have started to see a major comeback in recent years with its richer-than-usual style.

Distilled in February 2006 and bottled in February 2017, the 'local barley' comes from the traditional Bere varietal and was grown at Aros Farm on the Kintyre Peninsula.

As such, we are confident to suggest this whisky to contain The Macallan, Highland Park, Glenturret and North British.

This whisky was blended and bottled at cask strength in 1997.

Strathmore / North of Scotland 1972 Rest and Be Thankful 32 Year Old

A very rare bottling of Strathmore, aka North of Scotland, released by the colourful Rest and Be Thankful bottlers.

Distilled in 1972 and bottled on the 6th March 2015.

Bottle number 340 of 621 bottles.

Sandrone \"Cannubi Boschis\" 1993 Barolo 1.5 Litre

This DOCG Barolo is made from Nebbiolo grapes harvested from the vineyards of Langhe, matured for a minimum period of 30 months in 500 Litre French oak barrels.  1993 was an outstanding vintage for wines in Piedmont.

In addition, the great benefit to magnum-bottles is that the wine matures much slower - and thus longer - than standard bottles.

Suntory Yamazaki Very Rare Old

A fantastic bottling of Suntory whisky, long discontinued.  Presented in a unique, dumpy bottle.

Allthough these bottles were normally stated as blends, this one is stated as being from Yamazaki Distillery.  The neck label states \"Guaranteed to be a blend of the choice whiskies produced in our distillery.\"

We believe this bottle may be from the 1970s.

Springbank 1995 Sherry Pipe 14 Year Old

Originally only available to members of the Springbank Society.

Distilled June 1995 and bottled in April 2010 after being matured in a Sherry Pipe.
