Located in Thurso, this is the northernmost distillery on the UK mainland. Based around a long lost distillery that ended around 1850, this new Wolfburn reopened in 2013.​

There have been 875 bottles released, 100 of which were for the UK. This is presented in a hand crafted wooden box. 

Wolfburn 'A Little Something Different' / La Maison du Whisky 60th Anniversary

This release marks the 60th Anniversary of La Maison du Whisky.

An Ex-Bourbon American Oak Barrel and a European Oak Octave we laid down and married together to create this limited bottling.

Wolfburn Single Malt Scotch Whisky

This is release is matured in a a combonation of different casks:

• 40% matured in 2nd filled quarter casks
• 40% matured in 1st fill ex bourbon barrels
• 20% 1st fill oloroso sherry hogsheads

William L. Weller 2016 Release

Released within the famous and eagerly awaited Buffalo Trace Antique Collection. 

In recent years, due to the known similarity between W.L. Weller and Van Winkle, and Weller's resulting huge increase in popularity and demand, the William L. Weller bottlings have become increasingly harder to get hold of.

The 2016 bottling features 145 barrels which were filled in the winter of 2003 at 114 Proof (57%), with the whiskey drawn in autumn 2016 after 12 years and 7 months of ageing at 135.4 Proof (67.7%) and bottled unfiltered.  The malt bill features Grade #1 and #2 Kentucky corn, North Dakota wheat and North Dakota malted barley.

Whistlepig 11 Year Old Straight Rye

A straight rye whisky, finished in bourbon wood barrels and hand bottled at Whistlepig farm, Vermont. 

11 Years old and bottled at 111 Proof (55.5%).

Very Olde St Nick Summer Rye

Very Olde St Nick was a bourbon brand designed for the Japanese export market.

The whisky has been widely connected with many of the Bardstown distilleries during different periods and for different reasons, though none have ever confirmed their supply to this brand.  If rumours are to be believed however, the old rye whiskeys bottled under this brand are suspected to be linked to either the former Bernheim or Medley distilleries.

This Summer Rye whiskey is a rarity indeed.  Cask lot number F10.

This rare bourbon is normally released in small quantities once a year in the autumn (fall). This one is from Spring 2016.

Vega Sicilia is Spain's most renowned producer and traces its roots back to 1864.  American wine guru Robert Parker (Wine Advocate) has called Vega Sicilia \"One of the world's most iconic wines'.

Vega Sicilia is noted for its patience in winemaking and willingness to hold onto their inventory and age their wines in the barrel - sometimes for several decades - before they release their wines to the market.  Vega Sicilia produces three wines: \"Unico\" Gran Reserva, \"Unico\" Reserva Especial and \"Valbuena\".

This bottle is their signature wine, \"Unico\" Gran Reserva - a vintage wine usually released after at least 10 years of maturation; 1968 vintage.

An old bottling of Wild Turkey. The glass bottle that holds the liquid was made in 1983 with the spirit likely distilled shorlty after.

Vat 69 Circa 1950s

A great condition old bottle of Vat 69 with no markings for strength.

Created by William Sanderson & Son Ltd, the whisky was first bottled in Port bottles. The name comes from William Sanderson getting a panel of experts to judge 100 casks of blended whisky, Vat 69 was the winner and turned into the brand name. Sanderson bought Glen Garioch and helped found North British distillery. 

The iconic bottle has made numerous film and TV appearances no doubt down to the distinctive look of the bottle.

A mystery Speyside Single Malt by Murray McDavid.

This malt was distilled in 1997 and bottled in October 2015 from a single bourbon barrel #110001.

Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon

This whisky is named after the legendary Elmer T. Lee (1919-2013), who was hired in 1949 by Col. Albert B. Blanton to work at Buffalo Trace (Named George T. Stagg Distillery at the time).  

Starting from the bottom he worked his way up to Master distiller then retiring in 1985, he passed away in 2013 aged 93.

A single barrel sour mash Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. 

Vat 69 1970s / Including 70 Proof Miniature

Originally bottled in Port bottles, Vat 69 has maintained this iconic look for over 100 years.

Vega Sicilia is Spain's most renowned producer and traces its roots back to 1864.  American wine guru Robert Parker (Wine Advocate) has called Vega Sicilia \"One of the world's most iconic wines'.

Vega Sicilia is noted for its patience in winemaking and willingness to hold onto their inventory and age their wines in the barrel - sometimes for several decades - before they release their wines to the market.  Vega Sicilia produces three wines: \"Unico\" Gran Reserve, \"Unico\" Reserva Especial and \"Valbuena\".

This bottle, a 1988 vintage \"Valbuena\" 5 ano, is predominantly Tempranillo with a small amount of Merlot and aged for 5 years in oak.
