Hanyu 1986 King of Hearts Single Cask #9033

Hanyu is a closed Japanese distillery that received a new lease of life from Ichiro Akuto, who bottled the last of the stock in the iconic card range. 

Distilled in 1986 and bottled in 2009, after being aged in a hogshead then finished in a Pedro Ximenez sherry butt. 

Bottle number 427 of 444.

Hanyu 1990 Queen of Hearts #9102

This was distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2005 as part of Ichiro's legendary card series.

This is bottle number 18 of 324.

Hanyu 1990 Queen of Hearts Single Cask #9102 / Bottle No.8

The Queen of Hearts was distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2006.

Matured in a traditional hogshead before a second period of maturation in a french oak cognac wood, cask # 9102.

This bottle is only number 108 of 324.

The Hennessy Timeless was created in 1999 to showcase Hennessy's past and future and is presented in a beautiful and elegant Baccarat crystal decanter.

Hennessy was founded in 1765 by Irishman Richard Hennessy, Captain in the French Army. It took Hennessy just a few years to dominate the market and actually they have never lost their leading position since. Hennessy house the most impressive collection of vintage Cognac's within their cellar, this cognac was carefully crafted using a combination of the finest 11 vintages from the 20th century:

A single cask #60 Hanyu bottled within the Ichiro's Malt series of whiskies.

Distilled in 2000 and matured in a hogshead before being moved into a Japanese oak Mizunara Puncheon for a second maturation period prior to being bottled in 2010.

A single cask #9100 Hanyu bottled within the Ichiro's Malt series of whiskies.

Distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2010. 

Originally bottled in a hogshead then finished in a port pipe.

Highland Park 1968 / Orcadian Vintage 

Following the release of the 1964 Orcadian Vintage, the 1968 followed suit in November 2009.

This was a vatting of eight hogsheads, which yielded only 1,550 bottles.  

The presentation as always with Highland Park is spectacular, a hard wood case with a silver Highland Park amulet logo inlay and a stunning black glass bottle.

Highland Park 20 Year Old Rebus

Ian Rankin's fictional Detective Rebus has been solving Edinburgh crimes for 20 years, this bottle was released in 2007 to celebrate this. 

Rankin specially selected this cask and the author and special friends were given the bottles as gifts, it was never available for purchase. 

A 20 year old Highland Park presented in an excellently crafted wooden box. 

One of the most rare and collectable Highland Parks available. 

One of only 150 bottles. 

Hennessy Paradis Cognac

The Paradis is a blend of pver 100 eaux de vie from ages between 30 and 100 years old.

Parker's Heritage Collection 27 Year Old Bourbon 75cl 

The Heritage Collection from Parker's is always highly anticipated and this was the second edition. 

Created in memory of Parker Beam, a part of the Beam family who worked in the Bourbon industry for over 50 years.

Only 3,690 bottles of this highly anticipated whisky have been made available.

Hanyu/Kawasaki 25 Year Old Kiyosato Field Ballet 26th Anniversary

A very rare and collectible marriage of two lost Japanese distilleries: this very limited blended whisky contains 1990 Hanyu and 1982 Kawasaki.

The Hanyu was a 25 Year Old and the Kawasaki was a 33 year old. 

Bottle number 170 of 700 bottles, however there were only 200 of the hardcover editions released which features a blown glass bottle from Kobei Komaki and stopper.
