Cask 107 produced 390 bottles.

A special release 10 year old from 1999 to celebrate the turn of the new Millennium, Aberlour bottle a number of single reserved Hogsheads, this was for RTE. La Finca.

Distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2015.

A single cask bottling from Wemyss, from an undisclosed speyside distillery.

Distilled in 1986 and bottle on the 15th April 2004.

Fujikai 10 Year Old Single Malt

Nonjatta can provide a great deal of helpful information about unusual, new whiskies produced from Japan.

This was created by Monde Shuzo, in partnership with Les Whiskies du Monde, it’s been matured in ex-bourbon casks for 10 years.

It comes in a 50cl bottle and is limited to 8,808 bottles. “Fujikai” refers to Mt Fuji and “Kai-no-kuni” which is the old name for Yamanashi prefecture.

Arran 18 Year Old 

The Arran range has been gradually getting older,  now finally in it's 18th year. This recent release follows the success of their 16 and 17 year old whiskies, release annually prior to this bottle.

Matured in ex-Sherry casks and limited to 9,000 bottles.

 Ardbeg 10 Year Old

They don't get much peatier than Ardbeg, this is a bottle of their beloved 10 year old.

This is an earlier LVMH bottle from the early - mid 2000s.

An Aberlour distilled in 1989 and bottled at cask strength in 2011. 

Ailsa Bay Single Malt

Built in 2007 on the same site as the former Ladyburn distillery, Ailsa Bay is located within William Grant & Sons' Girvan grain complex. The company was prompted to revive single malt distilling there due to an increasing 21st century demand not only for its Grant's blends, but for its flagship single malt brands, Glenfiddich and Balvenie. It was pressure on the latter that was the ket catalyst, and the stills at Ailsa Bay are replicas of those at Balvenie. The distillery is a versatile facility however, and in addition to producing Balvenie-like spirit, it also distils spirits with estery, nutty, fruity and heavily peated flavour profiles. The distillery's first official single malt release was a heavily peated whisky, launched in February 2016.

This release was distilled from barley peated to 21ppm. 

Arran The Bothy Quarter Cask Batch #1

An Arran matured in smaller quarter casks. These smaller casks have more wood contact creating more flavour. Bottled in September 2015.

One of 12,000 bottles. 

Auchroisk 10 Year Old Flora and Fauna

The 10 year old Auchroisk, Flora and Fauna is not widely available and becoming harder and harder to find.

Ardbeg Corryvreckan is named after the famous whirlpool to the north of Islay. 

This is the official release of Corryvreckan following the Committee bottling.

This expression joined the Ardbeg 10 year old and Uigeadail as an ongoing product, replacing the Airgh Nam Beist. This Ardbeg was matured in predominantly French oak casks and ex-bourbon American oak casks.

Distilled on June 27th 1996 and then matured for 12 years.

Cask number #107142 yeilded 331 bottles.

Ardmore 1994 Exclusive Malts 13 Year Old

An Ardmore bottled by The Creative Whiksy Co, distilled on the 11th of September 1994 and bottled 13 years later. 

Matured in single cask #335. 

One of only 324 bottles. 

Auchentoshan Valinch 2012 Festival Edition

The 2012 bottled of the popular cask strength Auchentosha, The Valinch.

This has now been discontinued and is increasingly sought after.
