Domaine Lafage \"Nicolas\" 2012 3Litre

Domaine Lafage are a great estate in the very South of France near the Mediterranean coast.  This Côtes Catalanes red wine is 100% old-vine Grenache with 20% of the wine having spent 10months maturing in used French oak barrels - and named after the son of the estate's owners.  So it must be a pretty special wine!

Fettercairn 2008 Hepburn's Choice 7 Year Old Single Cask

An independant bottling of Fettercairn from Langside Distillers, within the Hepburn's Choice range.

Distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2015 from a single cask.

The name Dow has been associated with the finest port's for over two centuries, as with all Port's Dow's is produced in the Douro River Valley in the North of Portugal.  

This award winning Crusted Port is a blend of young Ports from two or three harvests, aged for 3 years before being bottled in 2004.

Descubrimiento translates to discovery. The 1492 is reference to the European discovery of the continent of America. 

This is a Spanish sherry matured in the solera system.

Domaine J.Laurens is located in the south of France, a stone’s throw away from the old city of Carcassonne.  The Lot presents 3 bottles from their range:

• \"Le Moulin\" Blanquette-de-Limoux Brut NV, a blend of 90% Mauzac and 10% Chardonnay - Regional fizz which could arguably rival Champagne for quality (at a fraction of the price!)
• \"Le Clos de Demoiselles\" Brut 2012, a blend of 60% Chardonnay, 25% Chenin Blanc and 15% Pinot Noir.
• \"La Rosé No.7\" Cremant-de-Limoux Rosé NV, a blend of 60% Chardonnay, 25% Chenin Blanc and 15% Pinot Noir, with a period of skin contact with the Pinot Noir grapes.

Domaine Ollier-Taillefer is a family estate in the north-eastern part of the AOC Faugères appellation in central Languedoc, Southern France, and is today run by Luc and Françoise Ollier, brother and sister, the 5th generation of locally-born wine-makers.

This \"Les Collines Faugeres\" is a blend of Carignan, Grenache and Syrah.

Dimple 1950s and VAT 69 1960 Miniatures

Two very old miniatures, the Dimple features a springcap so we estimate it to be from the 1950s. The VAT 69 looks to be slightling younger, we estimate to be from the 1960s.

The Coustarret estate is located near the town of Pau, Jurançon, in the South of France.  Currently managed by the seventh generation of the same family, since 1842, Sébastien Coustarret is continuing to delivery the freshness of the wines which is starting to, finally, bring attention to the wines of the Jurançon region.

This, his Jurançon-Sec \"Renaissance\" is a blend of native grapes Petit Manseng (80%) and Courbu (20%), and spends 6 months resting on its lees (spent yeast cells) post-fermentation to gain richness and body.

Domaine Rose & Paul Merlot

Domaine Rose & Paul is a very new wine estate in the Malepère appellation in the South of France, just outside Toulouse.  However, wine has been very much part of this family's history with multiple generations doing their bits for the local wine industry - indeed as President of Cru Malepère in 2007, Gilles Foussat finally received reward for the family's efforts in getting Malepère recognised as an official appellation.

Domaine Rose & Paul - named after Gilles' grandparents - opened very shortly after, with their first harvest in 2009.

Domaine-la-Croix-des-Marchands Blanc Sec 2013

Domaine la Croix des Marchands are an estate located in the South of France, just North-East of Toulouse.  Their \"Blanc Sec\" is a traditional Muscadelle white wine from the Gaillac appellation, fermented in stainless steel vats to preserve the crisp fruity nature.

Fronton Inès Rosé

Multi-award winning rosé wine from the town of Fronton - immediately north of Toulouse in the South of France - and using the very little known native grape, Négrette.

\"Certosa Liquore Giallo\" is simply Yellow Chartreuse.  Chartreuse, whether French, Italian or other, is a herbal liqueur made with a grape-derived spirit base - such as brandy or grappa.

Drai Amaro Extra Seco

Amaro is an Italian herbal liqueur - commonly intensely bitter, sometimes with a hint of sweetness, occasionally orange scented - great for drinking after a heavy meal.

This bottle by the Drai distilling company from the city of Saronno, just north of Milan, is \"Extra Secco\" or very dry.

Please note the absence of any volume or alcohol information.  We are informed may have been bottled in the 1960s.

Bottle conditioned Ale from 1999, this is bottle number 30,532 of 85,000. 

With the age of this beer we would recomend it only for collection purposes and not consumption. 

Domaine de Papolle Gros Manseng 2015

In the heart of Armagnac, famed for their particular style of Brandy, Domaine de Papolle has been distilling since the 17th Century.  Gros Manseng is one of the most common grapes grown for the production of Armagnac.  More recently, they have turned their experienced hands to making white table wines rather than wine-making purely for then distilling.

This IGP Côtes-de-Gascogne is 100% Gros Manseng, made in a semi-sweet style, and the Domaine recommend drinking within 2 years of bottling.

Fronton \"Dome de Bordeneuve\" Rosé 2011 

This rosé from the commune of Bordeneuve on the outskirts of Fronton (near Toulouse in the South of France) is made from the locally-popular black grape Négrette.
