Glenfiddich 1959 Private Vintage 

A stunning single cask bottling of 1959 vintage, which was selected by Glenfiddich's Malt Master and hand bottled on 9th August 2006 after over 46 years of maturation.

Presented in a crafted cherry wood case with certificate, this is bottle number 37.

Port Ellen 1979 22 Year Old 1st Release

The first of the incredibly popular Port Ellen annual releases.  Distilled in 1979 and bottled 22 years later in 2001 at cask strength. Limited to 6,000 bottles, this is number 3565.

Port Ellen is the lost jewel in the Islay crown. Closure in 1983 has enabled this distillery to receive a near mythical amount of love and respect. As stocks get thinner on the ground, these bottles become rarer and rarer.

A new and very limited bottling of Glenfiddich for Ginpin Taoyuan Taiwan distilled on 16th April 1993.

Single cask 11/3190-67 yielded only 78 bottles this is bottle number 2 from batch #001

Port Ellen 1978 35 Year Old 14th Release

The fourteenth edition of the incredibly popular Port Ellen annual releases.  Distilled in 1978 and bottled 35 years later in 2014, bottled at cask strength and limited to 2,964 bottles, this is bottle 1,884.

Glendronach 1971 Single Cask 38 Year Old Batch #1

The very first bottle of the very first single cask batch released after the distillery was taken over by Benriach in 2008. 

These helped establish Glendronach as the new home of heavily sherried whisky. 

Distilled in February 1971  and then bottled in July 2009 after being matured in Oloroso butt number 483.

Glenfarclas 105 20 Year Old

Glenfarlas 105 is a popular cask strength classic, this release has a further 30 plus years in the cask but still bottled at 60%.

Released in 2008 to commemorate 40 years of 105 being available.

Glenugie 1966 Samaroli 33 Year Old / only 108 bottles

A very rare bottling of Glenugie by the legendary bottler Samaroli.

This incredibly rare Glenugie is not often seen at auction and that is not suprising as only 108 bottles were released in 1999 from single cask #5822.

The Family Cask range was launched early in 2007 with a cask for each year from 1952 until 1994.

This is the third release of the 1959 vintage, bottled on the 15 July 2007 after maturation in cask number 3227.

Glenugie 1966 The Bottlers

We rarely see this vintage of Glenugie, in fact we rarely see Glenugie at all these days.  This 1966 vintage was bottled by 'The Bottlers' , a selection of independantly bottled whiskies for the reknowned fine wine merchants, Raeburn Fine Wines.

Distilled in 1966 and bottled in November 1993 at 27 years of age.

Glendronach 1968 25 Year Old 75cl (US Import)

There are a number of famous Glendronach's from 1968 and this is no different, originally bottled for the US market.

This is the original Glendronach 25 year old, from 1968 which Serge Valentin from Whisky Fun explains is 'A tremendous sherry monster', scoring 90 pts.

Pride of Strathspey 1938 Gordon and MacPhail Crystal Decanter / Macallan

A rare Gordon and MacPhail bottling of this stunning 1938 vintage malt from an un-named distillery *cough* Macallan *cough!

Rumour well and truly has it that these un-named speyside malts from Gordon and MacPhail were infact Macallan at this time, bottled during the 1970s, we of course can't guarantee this but we are sure you won't be disappointed.

Distilled in 1971, this was released in 2004 to great acclaim. Matured in a legendary batch of Oloroso sherry casks.

Jim Murray gave this 95 out of 100 in his Whisky Bible, then the blind and expert pannel of Judges at the San Francisco Spirits Competition gave it a Gold Medal.

This Glenmorangie was distilled in 1981 and spent the final two years of maturation in Chateau d'Yquem Sauternes casks.  

Alongside this legendary Glenmorangie is a bottle of Sauternes, bottled we believe sometime in the 1970s.
