Ardbeg 1993 Master of Malt 18 Year Old

A single cask Ardbeg bottled exclusively for Master of Malt. Distilled on the 28th October 1993 and bottled on the 29th August 2012 as an 18 Year Old after being matured in a Refill Sherry Hogshead.

Signed by Mickey Head distillery manager at Ardbeg.

Laphroaig 1995 SMWS 20 Year Old 29.172

Otherwise known as 'Smoked Beer', SMWS label their whiskies depending on the tasting notes and comments provided from their tasting panels.

This Laphroaig was distilled on 4th April 1995 and bottled as a 20 year old, only 212 bottles were released.

Laphroaig Cairdeas Port Wood Feis Ile 2013

Released during the Feis Ile 2013, the latest edition of Laphroaig Cairdeas was matured in bourbon casks for 8 years prior to being finished in port pipes for 14 months.

Laphroaig 1995 SMWS 20 Year Old 29.174

Otherwise known as 'Shetland Ponies at the Seaside, SMWS label their whiskies depending on the tasting notes and comments provided from their tasting panels.

This Laphroaig was distilled on 4th April 1995 and bottled as a 20year old, only 186 bottles were released.

Auchriosk 1974 Rare Malt 28 Year Old

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

This bottle was distilled in 1974 and bottled in April 2003 as a 28 year old.

Ardbeg 1990 Airigh Nam Beist Bottled 2008

Ardbeg don't release many vintages these days, and the Airgh Nam Beist was one of the last.

Taking it's name from the Gaelic meaning of \"shelter\" or pasture, this whisky was distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2008 at 46%.

Littlemill 1984 Chieftain's 18 Year Old Rum Finish

Distilled in February 1984 and bottled in October 2002. 

One of 720 bottles.

Ardbeg Supernova SN2015

The forth release of Supernova... SN2015. 

With Ardbeg having blasted whisky into space and it having returned successfully we are being treated to a new Supernova. We'll need to wait and see as to what Dr Lumsden has to say about zero gravity maturation... probably that it isn't cost efficient. 

Peated to over 100 PPM this is a big bang of a whisky. Truly out of this world. A star of a dram. Is that enough space puns yet?

Ardbeg 2007 SMWS 8 Year Old 33.133

A young first filled bourbon casked Ardbeg, \"Whipped with happinesst\", distilled on the 24th of May 2007 the matured in a 2nd fill ex-sherry butt.

Aberlour A'Bunadh Batch #9

Aberlour A'Bunadh is bottled using only first fill Oloroso sherry butts, this is batch #9 released in 2002.

Amrut Two Continents

Amrut have released some amazing whiskies.

Lagavulin 1995 Friends of the Classic Malts 2008

A higher strength bottling of Lagavulin, released in 2008 exclusively to members of the Friends of the Classic Malt society.

Distilled in 1995 and matured exclusively in first fill European oak sherry casks.

Ardbeg Renaissance 1998

The conclusion of Ardbeg's 'Peaty path to Maturity', distilled in 1998 and bottled as a celebration for Ardbeg reaching 10 years old following the rebirth of the distillery at the hands of Glenmorangie Plc.

Ardbeg Dark Cove Committee Release

The new committee release for 2016, this has been matured in ex-bourbon casks with a heart matured in dark sherry casks. 

The style has been inspired by the history of illicit distilling on the Island of Islay, many people were involved including Allan and Alexander the uncles of John McDougall founder of Ardbeg distillery. 

This is the limited committee release, a more available lower ABV edition will be launched for Ardbeg Day/Night. 

Arran Smugglers' Series Volume 1 / The Illict Stills

A very cool nod to the shady history of Arran's distilling. Back during the 18th and 19th century the island was a producer of illicit whisky. Presented in a book style package to hide the goods. 

The whisky itself is a combination of the following: 

Arran Single Malt - Un Peated Stock Matured in 600L Port Pipes. 

Arran Single Malt - Un Peated Stock Matured in 250L Sherry Hogsheads. 

Arran Single Malt - Un Peated Stock Matured in 200L Barrels. 

Arran Single Malt - 50ppm Peated Stock Matured in 200L Barrels. 

Arran Single Malt - 14ppm Peated Stock Matured in 200L Barrels.

Ardbeg 2007 SMWS 8 Year Old 33.143

\"Thank you and good night\", distilled in May 2007 the matured in a 2nd fill ex-sherry butt. 

One of 582 bottles.

A young first filled bourbon casked Ardbeg, \"Beauty and the Beast\", distilled on the 14th of May 2007 the matured in a 2nd fill ex-sherry butt. 

One of 624 bottles.

Arran Devil’s Punch Bowl Chapter II           

Released in mid 2013, Arran’s second edition, release in the very popular punch bowl series consists of 27 casks distilled between 1997 and 2004; 17 of which are sherry casks, 6 ‘unpeated’ bourbon casks and 4 peated bourbon casks.

Known as the Angels and Devils edition, only 6,600 bottles have been released.
