Mackinlay's Shackleton Replica (1st Edition) 

A replica of the whisky that Ernest Shackleton took on his South Pole expedition in 1907, a number of bottles were discovered within the ice (beneath Shackleton's hut) during an expedition in 2007.

A single bottle was rescued and carefully analysed and recreated by the legendary tastebuds of Richard Patterson.

The masters collection consists of two 37.5cl bottles of woodford’s rye whisky, one matured in new American casks (typically of most American whsikies) and the other in a refill cask that once held rye. 

Macallan Sienna

Part of Macallan's 1824 range, which consists of the Gold, Amber, Sienna and Ruby (there a few additions at the higher end of the scale as well).

Macallan Sienna is the third darkest in the range and is comperable to the 12 year old. 

Macallan 10 Year Old Fine Oak

Now discontinued, the 10 year old fine oak was matured in a number of European and American oak casks.

Wiser's Oldest 18 Year Old Canadian Whisky 1970s

Starting way back in 1857, J.P. Wiser's is Canada's oldest continuously produced whisky. 

This bottle is from 1970 and is an 18 year old. 

Woodford Reserve Distiller's Select Batch #27

The mashbill for Woodford Reserve features a high percentage of rye: 72% corn, 18% rye and 10% malt. Unusual also for being triple distilled and having the lowest proof upon entering the barrel where it matures for at least six years.
