Arran White Stag Third Release

The third release exclusive to Arran's online community, the White Stag.  

Specially selected by a tasting panel of 20 members of the White Stag, these bottlings are always eagerly awaited, selling out online incredibly quickly!  

Distilled in 1996 and bottled on the 12th of September 2017 from a pair of Sherry hogsheads - #622 and #652 - at 21 Years Old.

One of 695 bottles.

Aultmore 1983 Flora and Fauna Cask Strength

This Aultmore was distilled in 1983 and bottled as part of the Flora and Fauna Series in 1997. 

Only a few distilleries in this series were fortunate enough to be bottled at cask strength.

Ardbeg Supernova Stellar Release

Following the incredibly popular committee release of Ardbeg Supernova, this commercial release sold out quickly as well.  

Ardbeg Supernova is the peatiest Ardbeg ever released at 100ppm, an estimate 18,000 bottles were released in January 2009.

Jim Murray selected this as his 'Scotch Whisky of the Year' in 2010 and runner up for his Whisky of the Year.

Hennessy XO Cognac

Hennessy was founded in 1765 by Irishman Richard Hennessy, Captain in the French Army. It took Hennessy just a few years to dominate the market and actually they have never lost their leading position since. 

Hennessy house the most impressive collection of vintage Cognac's within their cellar. This is their XO release.

Arran Smugglers' Series Volume 1 75cl / The Illicit Stills US Import

A very cool nod to the shady history of Arran's distilling. Back during the 18th and 19th century the island was a producer of illicit whisky. Presented in a book style package to hide the goods.

The whisky itself represents the type of dram the illict producers would create. It is a mixture of Port Pipes and Sherry Hogsheads containing unpeated spirit and oak barrells containing peated spirit. An all-together heavier style dram than what is produced today.

This is the first edition of the trilogy, released in 2015. One of only 8,700 bottles.

An old bottle of Antiquary that predates their famous angular bottle.

Italian import.

The bottles bears a British Customs Certificate of Origin on the reverse, which states the bottling date as 30th October 1952.

An exciting release from Highland Park,

Aged in exclusively first fill bourbon barrels and hogsheads for 17-18 years. 

481 casks for this whisky were specifically laid down in 1999 to do something rocking. 

Bottled at a higher than average 47.2%

This lot also includes a one of only 1000 7 inch vinyl singles produced by Saul Davis to accompany the first 1000 bottles sold.

This bottling bears an entirely inexplicable call-out to James Bond, though we suspect the legal team at Amrut would deny any connection between the product and Alexander Fleming's spy extraordinaire.

Ardbeg Kelpie Committee Release 

The new committee release for 2017, this has been matured in virgin casks crafted from oak grown on land in the Adyghe Republic - a Russian federal subject just north of Georgia, on the northeast coast of the Black Sea.

Ardbeg Almost There 1998

Proceeding from Very Young and Still Young, Ardbeg Almost There was the final stage in the journey of young cask-strength Ardbeg 1998 before the Renaissance 10 year old was finally released.

Bottled in 2007.
