Arran 21st Anniversary Limited Edition

A fantastic limited edition Arran, bottled to celebrate the 21st Anniversary of Arran distillery.  

A limited release of 5,988 bottles were produced from a selection of ex-Sherry hogsheads from the first three years production of the distillery.

Lagavulin 1995 Feis Ile 2013

Lagavulin’s offering to the 2013 Feis Ile, distilled on the 8^th May 1995 and bottled in 2013. Matured for 18 Years in a Sherry butt personally selected by Iain McArthur.

Lochside 1981 Gordon and MacPhail / Rare Old

This rare bottling of Lochside was distilled 1981 and bottled by Gordon and MacPhail in 2005 withinn their Rare Old range of whiskies.

Loshside has been closed since the early 1990s and is becoming more and more sought after. 

Laphroaig 1998 Artist Collection 15 Year Old

Distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2013 after maturation in Refill Sherry Butt #700353

Ardbeg Corryvreckan Committee Reserve

Named after the famous whirlpool to the north of Islay, this release of Corryvreckan was only available to Ardbeg Committee members prior to its repackaging and official release in 2008

Bottled on the 19^th March 2008, only 5000 bottles were released.

A Whisky Shop exclusive Aberfeldy, matured for 16 years and bottled with an eye catching limited edition label designed by Glasgow based artist, David Galletly.

An Irish single malt distilled in 1991 and matured in single cask no. 6886.

Littlemill That Boutique-y Whisky Company Batch #1

The label depicts Menno Bijmolt with his huge range of Littlemill bottles! He is keen to show them off, however his decision to display them in his shop seems to be causing issues with confused customers.

Laphroaig 15 Year Old / Barrels

A Limited Edition, 270 bottle run drawn from a Laphroaig 15-year-old cask and presented to HRH the Prince of Wales to mark his 50th birthday. The Prince signed the cask during his visit to Laphroaig in June 1994 and donated it to Erskine Hospital 2000 Appeal of which he is Patron.

The Erskine Hospital 2000 Appeal opened in 1916 and has since cared for over 60,000 disabled ex-service men and women. The appeal aims to raise £5 million to enable the rebuilding of the hospital to meet 21st-century healthcare standards and establish Homes elsewhere in Scotland.

Three distinct labels were designed for the 270 bottles. Here we have an example of the \"Barrels\" label, of which only 105 were produced in total.

Lochside 1981 Berry Brothers and Rudd 

An independent Lochside distilled in 1981 and bottled in 2011 by the reknowned London based wine merchant Berry Brothers and Rudd.

Littlemill 1988 Pearls of Scotland 27 Year Old

Distilled in October 1988 and bottled in December 2015 from cask 130.

Longmorn 25 Year Old Gordon and MacPhail

A 25 year old Longmorn bottled by Gordon and MacPhail.

Littlemill 1992 Hart Brothers 21 Year Old 1st Fill Sherry

Distilled in February 1992 aged in a first fill sherry butt and bottled in September 2013, this is from the closed Lowland distillery of Littlemill. 

Please note this lot was updated on the 30th January 2017 to clarify that this bottling was actually from Littlemill, not St Magdalene as previously stated.

Amrut 2010 Single Oloroso Cask #3823

Amrut have released some amazing whiskies, this is a single Oloroso sherry cask distilled in May 2010 and bottled in June 2015.

Cask #3823 was bottled exclusively for Taiwan and yielded 600 bottles.

A very cool nod to the shady history of Arran's distilling. Back during the 18th and 19th century the island was a producer of illicit whisky. Presented in a book style package to hide the goods. This second release is specifically for the producers of the famed Arran Waters. 

The whisky itself is a peated spirit matured in rum casks and finished in first fill bourbon barrels.

Ardbeg Renaissance 1998

The conclusion of Ardbeg's 'Peaty path to Maturity', distilled in 1998 and bottled as a celebration for Ardbeg reaching 10 years old following the rebirth of the distillery at the hands of Glenmorangie Plc.
