Condado de Navalarri 1983 Navarra

Tempranillo & Garnacha red wine from the northern Spanish region of Navarra, immediately to the east of Rioja (across the river Ebro).  The grapes for this wine were from the 1983 vintage, with bottling in November 1985, so it is possible this wine rested in either traditional concrete tanks or oak barrels briefly.

Campo Viejo 1966 Rioja Crianza / Low Fill Level

Campo Viejo has grown to become one of the most commonly recognisable Spanish wines.  This red wine is possibly a blend of Tempranillo and Garnacha (or possibly single varietal expression of either), likely with a few months ageing in oak barrels.

Carte d'Or 1989 Buzet

A regional wine from the relatively unknown appellation of Buzet in the Southwest of France.  The wines from this region typically are blends of Cabernet Franc, Côt, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Campo Viejo has grown to become one of the most commonly recognisable Spanish wines.  This rosé wine is likely made from the Garnacha grape.

Seemingly, a privately-labelled bottle of Bordeaux red wine, likely to be a classic Bordeaux-blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, with little-to-no oak ageing.

Red wine from the French appellation of Côtes-du-Luberon in the extreme southwest of the Southern Rhône Valley.  The wine is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault & Carignan.

Laphroaig 1960 Vintage Reserve 40 Year Old

A vintage release of Laphroaig distilled in 1960 and bottled as a 40 year old. Laphroaig this age is incredibly rare!

Distilled in 1960 and presented with a certificate from distillery manager Iain Henderson, the casks were matured for 40 years in warehouse #1. This is the first release from Oddbins and the far more limited of the two.
