Littlemill Boutique-y Whisky Company Batch #1

The first Littlemill  release by 'That Boutique-y Whisky Company'.

Only 151 bottles were produced.

Nikka Coffey Malt 2003 SMWS 11 Year Old G12.1

Distilled in 2003 using a Coffey still (grain whisky) rather than a Pot still (malt whisky), bottled in 2014 after being matured in a re-charred hogshead for 11 years.

Aptly named Oh So Sweet.

One of only 246 bottles.

Now, several years after being discontinued, it is still recognised as a sensational Ardbeg.

Distilled on 1st July 1991 and bottled by The Scotch Malt Whisky Society in 2013, this 22 year old Rosebank was matured in a single Refill ex-bourbon barrel.

Ardbeg Day Feis Ile 2012

Released on June 1^st 2012 as Ardbeg’s annual Feis Ile bottling it was not only available at Ardbeg Distillery but also via 100 of Ardbeg’s ‘embassies’.

The hugely popular Ardbeg Day was a limited run of 12,000 bottles partially married in ex refill sherry casks used to mature whisky the Ardbeg Uigeadail.

Balvenie 1977 15 Year Old Single Barrel

An older edition of Balvenie's classic single barrel series, a 15 year old single malt (technically this Malt is 17 years old) which is drawn from a single traditional oak whisky cask of a single distillation. While every cask is subtly different, The Balvenie Malt Master has selected only casks which have the essential characteristics of The Balvenie Single Barrel.

Distilled on 17th Febuary 1977  and bottled from cask # 1200 on the 24th January 1995, this is bottle number 193.

Balmenach 12 Year Old Flora and Fauna

One of the most desirable of the Flora and Fauna series, the tasty Balmenach was released as a 12 year old.

Distillerys Company Ltd (DCL/Diageo) created the Flora and Fauna series in the early 1990s, when DCL sold the distillery to Inverhouse distillers this bottle was discontinued.

Chieftain's Choice 1967 Lowland 25 Year Old

Mystery Lowland malt from Ian MacLeod from 1967, there were a couple more to choose from back then.

Yamazaki Limited Edition 2014

A limited edition Yamazaki bottled this year without an age statement.  The limited edition has been put together using:

• 20 year old European oak sherry cask
• 20 year old European oak port casks
• young (unaged) American white oak bourbon casks

Macallan 1876 Replica

The second replica release from Macallan, this is a combination of two casks of pre-twentieth century Macallan were discovered, resulting in a recreation by Macallan's Master Blender to create this old style of Macallan.

The packaging is an immitation of the victorian style from this era.

Bowmore 1988 Port Cask 21 Year Old

This Bowmore was distilled in 1988 and fully matured in Port casks for 21 years.

Ardbeg Alligator Committee Reserve For Discussion

Released for discussion by the Ardbeg Committee.

Released in June 2011, Ardbeg Alligator takes its name from the aggressive charring of the American casks the whisky was matured in.  This charring level is known as the Alligator char because the cracking of the wood under the heat looks similar to the skin of an Alligator.

Mortlach 1997 Manager's Choice

Back in February 2009 a selection of Distillery Managers were tasked to choose a single cask of whisky from each of Diageo's 27 malt whisky distilleries. 

This Mortlach was matured in a bourbon American oak cask and bottled at cask strength.
