Hanyu 2000 Two of Clubs Single Cask

A single cask from closed Japanese distillery Hanyu and bottled as part of the Ichiro's Malt Series of whiskies.

Distilled in 2000 then matured in Hogshead before being finished in Cask 9500 which was a Japanese Oak Mizunara Hogshead.

Bottle number 70 of 318.

Glenfiddich 1975 Rare Collection 34 Year Old

A single cask Glenfiddich distilled in 1975 was matured for 34 years. 

This single cask was number #22000.

Bottle number 301 of 520.

Glenfiddich Spirit of a Nation 29 Year Old

A limited edition Glenfiddich produced to commemorate the four brave servicemen and women who were wounded while serving in the armed forces and who set out on an epic 335km race to the South Pole. Glenfiddich are sponsoring the expedition and this bottle was released to commemorate the event.  

Released exclusively in the UK this refill sherry cask was filled in 1984 and select by Glenfiddich's Malt Master.  The whisky spent a brief finishing period in a cask which toured events in support of the 'Walking With the Wounded UK South Pole Challenge Team'.  

Only 200 bottles were released.

The 54th and final bottling in Ichiro's Card Series.

There are two Joker's released to complete the 54 bottle series, one in colour and one in Black and White.  This particular bottling is the Colour Joker, a vatting of 14 casks covering vintages from 1985, 1986, 1988, 1990, 1991 and 2000.  The casks used for this final bottling include a sherry butt, puncheon, hogshead, Cognac, chibidaru, Madeira hogshead and bourbon.

Only 3,640 bottles of this highly anticipated whisky have been made available.

Glendronach 1971 Single Cask 40 Year Old

Distilled on 25th of Febuary 1971 and bottled in July 2011, this was fully matured in cask number 1436 which was a Pedro Ximinez Sherry Pucheon.

Bottle number 583 of 583 bottles.

Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix Case (3 x 70cl)

A limited edition release selected from three warehouses which collapsed on the 7th January 2010, due to adverse weather conditions (a rather heavy snow storm).

Bottled without an age statement, Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix has been highly acclaimed and includes Oloroso and American oak casks from warehouses ranging from 13 to 30 years old.

This lot comprises a full opened case of three Snow Phoenix.

Glenfarclas 1966 46 Year Old

Distilled in 1966 on either 22nd April or 3rd June this vintage release from Glenfarclas comes from sherry hogsheads #2603, 2604, 3551 and 3552.

Bottled on 28th Spetember 2012.

Glenlivet 1950 Gordon and Macphail

Glenlivet distilled over half a century ago in 1950.  Bottled by Gordon and Macphail under the George & J.G Smith's branding - bottled at some point in the 1990s.

Condition of bottle and box are excellent, level is in mid-neck.

Hanyu 2000 Single Cask #957

A recent bottling of this increasingly sought after closed Japanese distillery.

Distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2014 for La Maison Du Whisky.

Bottled in 1991 this is a fantastic example of Highland Park distilled in the 1960s, presented in this attractive black box inlaid with a map of the Orkney isles.

Glenlivet 1969 Signatory Vintage Gift Pack

Distilled on the 19th of Febuary 1969 and then matured in a sherry butt prior to being bottled 27th of July 2000.

Comes with a branded glass and sample.

Glenury 1968 36 Year Old

There are very few official bottling of this rare highland malt, which closed its doors for the last time in 1985.

This 1968 vintage Glenury was bottled in 2005 within Diageo's annual super premium series.  

One of only 2,100 bottles, this is bottle number 1986.

There are very few official bottling of this rare highland malt, which closed its doors for the last time in 1985.

This 1970 vintage Glenury was bottled in 2006 within Diageo's annual super premium series.  

One of only 1926 bottles, this is bottle number 1290.

Hazelwood 105 (Kininvie) 1990

A very limited bottling of Hazelwood aka Kininvie.  

This 15 year old single malt was gifted to staff members at the distillery and was released to celebrate the 105th birthday of Janet Sheed Roberts on August 13th 2006.

Bottled at 105 proof, 52.5% and was matured exclusively in first fill sherry casks.

Highland Park Thor 16 Year Old

The first in Highland Park's Valhalla series released in 2012 which also comprises of  the Loki and Freya released over the next two consecutive years.

This 16 year old Highland Park is a limited edition of 23,000 bottles.  

Hillside 1970 Rare Malt 25 Year Old

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

Hillside, more widely known as Glen Esk released a handful of  Rare Malt bottlings, two of them were released in Europe from 1970 and 1971 as 25 years old.

This particular bottled was distilled in 1970 and bottled as a 25 year old

Ardbeg Very Young For Discussion 1997

The very first release of Ardbeg Very Young, bottled ‘For Discussion’ with the Ardbeg Committee.  Containing some of the first spirit created under the ownership of Glenmorangie PLC, distilled during in 1997 bottled 12th November 2003.

Matured using first fill casks only 4002 bottles ever existed.

Highland Park 25 Year Old

Hennessy Paradis Cognac Circa 1970s/1980s

Hennessy was established in 1979 and quickly became known as one of the World's most reknowned Cognac producers.  The Paradis is a blend of pver 100 eaux de vie from ages between 30 and 100 years old.

This release is from the 1970s/1980s and is presented in an elegant decanter and box.

There really are very few Glenugie's around these days, this Douglas Laing bottling was distilled in May 1979 and bottled in May 2005.

Limited to only 291 bottles.

Hakushu 1999 SMWS 14 Year Old 120.7

A rare independant single cask Hakushu distilled in September 1999 and bottled as a 14 year old by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society.

Matured in a first fill Bota Corta Butt.
