Hanyu 2000 Two of Clubs Single Cask

A single cask from closed Japanese distillery Hanyu and bottled as part of the Ichiro's Malt Series of whiskies.

Distilled in 2000 then matured in Hogshead before being finished in Cask 9500 which was a Japanese Oak Mizunara Hogshead.

Hanyu Ichiro's Malt The Joker 'Colour'

The 54th and final bottling in Ichiro's Card Series.

There are two Joker's released to complete the 54 bottle series, one in colour and one in Black and White.  This particular bottling is the Colour Joker, a vatting of 14 casks covering vintages from 1985, 1986, 1988, 1990, 1991 and 2000.  The casks used for this final bottling include a sherry butt, puncheon, hogshead, Cognac, chibidaru, Madeira hogshead and bourbon.

Only 3,640 bottles of this highly anticipated whisky have been made available.

Limited to only 446 bottles this 2000 vintage Hanyu was bottled in 2012 to mark the Whisky Talk 2012 event in Fukuoka.

Highland Park 1967

Bottled in 1991 this is a fantastic example of Highland Park distilled in the 1960s, presented in this attractive black box inlaid with a map of the Orkney isles.

Hazelwood 105 (Kininvie) 1990

A very limited bottling of Hazelwood aka Kininvie.  

This 15 year old single malt was gifted to staff members at the distillery and was released to celebrate the 105th birthday of Janet Sheed Roberts on August 13th 2006.

Bottled at 105 proof, 52.5% and was matured exclusively in first fill sherry casks.

Johnnie Walker Odyssey (Includes Two Glasses)

The very high end of Johnnie Walker created using the notes of Alexander Walker.

The first in Highland Park's Valhalla series released in 2012 which also comprises of  the Loki and Freya released over the next two consecutive years.

This 16 year old Highland Park is a limited edition of 23,000 bottles.  

Johnnie Walker Odyssey

Hillside 1970 Rare Malt 25 Year Old

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

Hillside, more widely known as Glen Esk released a handful of  Rare Malt bottlings, two of them were released in Europe from 1970 and 1971 as 25 years old.

This particular bottled was distilled in 1970 and bottled as a 25 year old

Hennessy Paradis Cognac Circa 1970s/1980s

Hennessy was established in 1979 and quickly became known as one of the World's most reknowned Cognac producers.  The Paradis is a blend of pver 100 eaux de vie from ages between 30 and 100 years old.

This release is from the 1970s/1980s and is presented in an elegant decanter and box.

Johnnie Walker 400 Years at Kilmarnock

A particularly rare bottle of Johnnie Walker bottled to commemorate the 400th Anniversary of the Burgh status to Kilmarnock in 1992, which coincidentally is how many of these bottles that were made.
